Nothing will threaten the Supreme Leader's rule without it being a staff-organized event -- period. That's not how we do things here. If the Sith discover that the First Order is not to their liking, they are free to go along their merry way. But infighting and power scheming isn't really our style -- we've seen what it does in other factions, so let's try to avoid it, yes?

Adds a little flavour to the game to imagine a little tension among the troops - not every Sith will be happy about their alliance with FO, nor will everyone in the FO will be happy with a Sith presence. There shall be tension, there shall be the occasional confrontation, but we shall make it work - I'll see to it

End of the day, as you say, if the Sith don't find the First Order to their liking, we'll leave. But we're here because we like it so far, and there's no reason not to continue the way things are going.
