Slumber Party Panic (ask for invite)

"I have no need for credits, and as a Silver Jedi political power is of no use to me." Chi'Yara spoke quietly, meeting [member="Felicity Mason"]'s gaze with a one just as level, glancing momentarily to [member="Mit Tuxaire"] and [member="Oka Osaa"]. "If we're going to get along with introductions, I suppose I should do the same. Chi'Yara, Padawan of the Silver Jedi Order but originally from Corellia. There really isn't much more to tell." With that he fell silent, simply observing the rest of them, unable to stop the amused smile that found his lips at the gossiping between Mit and Oka. This is going to be a long day, and an even longer night... He sighed quietly, waiting for Felicity's rebuttal to their question.

Since no one else was speaking up, Oka decided to go to his ship for a drink. Once he got there, he saw his droid spinning its head around happy as ever. "Hey buddy, I'd bring you in but I don't know if droids are allowed. I came here for a drink... H'Kak Bean tea sure sounds good about now." Oka thought as he leaned against his ship sipping some water.

[member="Chi'Yara"] is of the Silver Jedi too. That seemed interesting although what Mit told about the princess was stuck in his mind. "I didn't even bring sleeping gear." He mumbled sipping some more water. Oka hoped no one noticed he was gone, the princess already seemed suspicious of him anyways.

Mit had seen Oka leave, but he made no comment, figuring he needed air, or possibly a drink. He sat and looked around the area, still baffled by how beautiful it was.

I watched the royal girl as she gave her speech about who she was. A pedigree to be sure and one I doubted I could even come close to matching. Hell, they probably wouldn't even know my species if I told them. Then again, we did kind of disappear from the galaxy several hundred years ago, but hey sith happens. As everyone spoke, I simply watched, my head turning back and forth between them and as the Oka dude turned to leave, simply shrugged and took it as my own opportunity to speak. "William Seraven. As for any fancy titles, I don't think I should get into that for several reasons, one of which being none of you would likely understand them." Ok, so I might not have a lot of titles... but I had some.

I decided it was time to go out and get some fresh air, once I was outside I decided to go talk to Oka, who was inside his ship, I walked up to the side and knocked on it,

Oka turned his head as he hopped outta the ship seat onto the ground. "Hey Mit, decide to get some air?" He asked sipping the last of his water. He then placed the glass in a compartment and closed it along with the window.

"I could imagine." Oka paused but then spoke again. "Thanks, Rendili sure does the job. So Mit, how'd you get here?" He asked leaning against the ship again.

"I have B7, astromechs are the best. Friend and partner, but also a good pilot. I've seen many droids in my time living but astromechs are the best." He said while staring at the sky. "I've never been to a party, mostly traps and tricks. Life can be good and bad."

And at once the table erupted into personal conversations. Not a one of them directed at her.

"How... dull."

She sighed, resting her cheek against one pretty white gloved hand. This had been Mothers brilliant idea on how to make some friends for her?

Sorry mom. You failed.

With her other hand she was carefully tracing the rim of her cup with a single finger. Slowly. Like the slow tick tock of time, which only seemed to drag on and on while she sat here in this oh so boring tea party.

"Agreed," he paused and looked at the palace, "I've never been to anything as formal as this, It really kills me to wear this formal stuff. I prefer my armor."

"Robes are formal to me, besides what do you expect a rogue to wear to a party. Shall we go back inside?" He asked getting off the ship.

It was nice relaxing here, but you were always watched. Making his way into the palace, Oka sat in the chair he previously sat in. He noticed the princess going around the rim of her cup with a finger. For the first time, Oka felt like it was time to speak up. "What comes to mind Felicity?" He didn't know what she'd think of him asking questions but it seemed necessary to keep her from being bored.

"Yeah, how you been [member="Felicity Mason"] ? Its been quite the time since I last saw you." He caught on to oka's idea almost instantly, they would have to keep the princess occupied or this would be a looong day...

Damn this was tiring. Whats a party without the fun. No socialness between the people, just two dudes who skipped off to force knows where but hey, whatever floats their boat I guess, I'm not one to judge. Still, something had to be done about this boredom. Preparing myself for yet another icy interaction I looked over to our royal pain of a host and once again tried to melt her into someone a bit more amicable, bit by bit, maybe I could make it work. "So, what kind of things do you do here in the palace?"

Felicity leaned her face against her hand. Bored. So bored. They were all boring.

"Oh, you know. This and that..."

And stupid reply, but she was running out of patience.

"Sometimes I spy on my mother while she's working. Sometimes I climb the palace walls just to see if I can. Sometimes I bother the royal guard until they smile."

Boring? Oh I could see it in her eyes and sense it through the force. But really? Me? Hey, I was trying to make this a bit more lively. And as for her first answer, I felt my tail flick in annoyance. Gee, thanks a real help there little miss princess. But as she spoke of the specific activities, I felt a smile growing on my face more and more interesting and as she finished I couldn't help myself. The thoughts were too much. "How about we go off and climb the walls to bother the guards from above?"

[member="Felicity Mason"]

Felicity looked around. The maids on all sides had not moved. They may as well be statues.

"...Let's go," she whispered, leaning in so the others couldn't hear, "I know the best way up."

She cleared her throat, turning to the rest gathered.

"Thank you all for coming. You are dismissed."

Mother wanted her to meet new people. Well. She met one person. That was something.
