Ultimatum

Well I have been working on Ultimatum's set of capabilities. And while working on his internal capabilities I also want to work on giving him a ship from which to work once things go south for him. I have it all planned, his downfall at least.
So I was looking through ships that would work as a good base of operations and make a large target. I found the Hammerhead Cruiser and I think it will work perfectly. The starship rules state that personal ships can be no larger than 400 meters, this ship is only 350 meters. (If this violates the rules please let me know and I will redact everything) However, even though it seemed like a good idea I had to figure a way of getting it somewhat realistically.
Now this is where the idea for a story comes in. A small fleet of Republic warships, Old Republic warships from the Cold War are taken by pirates and later lost. Over the centuries the fleet was picked up by one pirate crew or another and eventually its whereabouts were lost. The idea being that a team of whoever wants to join have to fight through the current crew and fighters to gain control of the ships. The end would be Ultimatum would have the Hammerhead and the remaining of the surviving vessels would be passed out to those that want them.
The fleet in mind would have the following: (All of the ships will be in varying degrees of disrepair and will not be functioning at full capacity)
1x Hammerhead Cruiser
2x Thranta Corvettes
4x Wanderer transports
5x PT-7 Starfighters
25x Aurek Strikefighters
30x S-250 Starfighters
3x Ministry Orbital Shuttles
15x Rendaran Assault Shuttles
Starting places would be as a prisoner aboard one the Wanderer transports, in an outside ship coming towards he fleet, or perhaps in collaboration with the pirates (In which case you can choose to help or hinder the pirates). I would prefer that major fleeting stay out of the thread so I would respectfully request that people do not bring in more than a squadron with each person, my idea is that this is something like taking on greater odds.
If a judge reads this, or someone who knows the rules more fully than I, and any part of this concept is not allowed then please let me know (via PM or posting below).
If I do not have as above then if anyone is interested please post below. I am also open to suggestions as to other alterations. Thank you for your time.
