There was a small problem with Mia's move to leave the Mandalorian's and like all great galactic problems, it came down to money. Miri Farms had lost funding, funding she needed to complete her own projects. So she did what any sensible person would, she put them on hold until she could afford to complete them, no point making herself broke. She'd hunted people in debt before, it wasn't pretty and it certainly was not what she'd risen from the dead to achieve.
There were always opportunities around her though. Having her labs on the Tion Trade Nexus meant she was close enough to reach out to a nearby company and sell what little she had. Not that taozin armour was in any way, small. She could have sold it privately to various individuals and likely make better money for it, but there were gaps to bridge and doors to open.
So she found herself, with a prebooked appointment, knocking on the door of the CEO of Akure Executive Interstellar.
Who else would want to buy Taozin armour off of her after all?
