"Suit yourself," sighed Saram in response over the comms before switching over to the frequency she and Rav were connected on. "Galaar 1-1, Davaab 6, we tried. Tra'cyar mav!"
"Elek, engaging," chimed back Rav. The two Tra'beviin-Is appeared on her HUD for mere moments before they streaked seemingly unerringly toward their target. Rav followed that up with a torrent of ion-sheathed ion detonator rounds from the gunship's two fore quad AC-04X turrets.
Saram waited for effect on target, stowing her rifle and preparing to depart her perch to make entry onto the ship herself. If he wasn't going to come out and cooperate, she was going to have to go in and get him herself.
This had the added bonus of allowing her to be able to potentially free some of the prisoners they'd already taken. She doubted they'd part with them without a sight, but given the others had been thinning the numbers of those outside, she doubted too many had made it back to the ship. Probably a good idea to play it safe on board as well, she very much doubted the vessel was even close to factory spec, that only made things more interesting.
