Felran smiled and moved to the small stand where someone was typing things ins. "Table for two." The man nodded and walked off, gesturing for them to follow. Felran turned back and grinned at Ai-lynn "That is how it's done."

Oh. So they had to request for the tables. "I see.. interesting. "Ai-lynn replied

"Now come on. I'd like to not keep the man waiting." Felran turned and walked to the man, pulling out one chair for Ai-lynn to sit down.

"Oh." She said as she quickly sat down after hearing what Felran said. "Thank you."

Felran pushed her chair in and then walked to the other side of the table to sit download "Not a problem at all. Your a lady, and I should be a gentleman around a lady."

Ai-lynn smiled. This was a custom she hasn't seen before. "How do you get those.. food?" She asked him after he sat down.

Felran smiled "Well you order with the menu on the table." Felran picked up his menu as an example of what they are and opened it.

Ai-lynn looked at the similar book on the table and flipped through it. She saw so many pictures of food for the first time, and not just vegetables. She was definitely excited to try eating meat for the first time but she didn't know what to get.

"Do you eat meat?" She asked him.

Felran nodded "I usually only eat meat. I find it a lot tastier than vegetables." Felran smiled and took a sip of water from one of the cups. He hoped this wasn't to much for her to take in.

There was a wide variety of meat and tastes she didn't know about. Due to the uncertainty, she couldn't make a choice.

"I see.. If that's the case, can I get what you usually eat? There's.. too much for me to choose from." She replied, feeling a little sheepish about her request.

Felran gave a toothy grin. "I would recommend the Bantha steak. It is both delicious and has plenty of meat." Felran closed his menu and laid it back on the table, already knowing what he was going to get.

"Oh? I'll get that then." Ai-lynn replied him and looked through the pages of the menu she was holding for what he had just said. After she found it, she nodded her head, closed the menu and put it back down onto the table.

When the waiter came by Felran looked up at him "We are both getting Bantha steak." The waiter nodded, wrote something down and walked back off.

Oh, so that's how it works.. Ai-lynn thought to herself as she observed how Felran ordered the food from the waiter. She felt that the customs of the civilised and technologically advanced world was something she needed to pick up fast in order to survive.

The waiter came back with two Bantha steaks and laid them infront of both of them. Felran nodded to her as to say try it .

Ai-lynn looked up while the waiter set the plates before them and saw Felran nod his head. Taking it as a sign for her to start eating, she used the cutlery to slice a part of the meat, held it near her nose and smelled it before eating it.

It was definitely a new taste for her tastebuds as she chewed the meat in her mouth. It was weird at first but the more she chewed, the more she felt that it was tasty. "It's so good!" She exclaimed.

Felran smiled "Good I hoped it was." Felran took a bite of his steak as well and grinned as he chewed.

Ai-lynn nodded her head. "It is! Do you usually eat this?" she replied in between chewing her food.

Felran nodded "I come here often. It is one of the best places on Coruscant I think."

 

[Ai-lynn Tannog]

"Ohh.. I need to earn more money so I can come here and eat more food." Ai-lynn replied, wolfing down another piece of meat she had cut. She never knew that meat could taste so much better than vegetables.
