I think we have enough Bounty Hunters that are actually trained to not necessarily need me dressing up as one...I mean look at me, I'm not exactly the part
However it does give us a good lead. We have those who can capture and lets face it we need to sell the idea so 'CAPTURE' needs to be done in open Roleplay, actually made to seem like it's legit including proper combat etc.
Then we need to start planning the delivery. Now this is something that has to be done on our terms, we choose the when and the where. Give us the home field advantage. Meanwhile while this is going on a separate team needs to infiltrate some form of local body that can get us close to the area.
Wait for the exchange. Confirm the credits. Syphon the credits and then we jump. At least that's if we want to do this combat based. We can be sneakier, have the hope that they are transported by ship and do a daring raid to disconnect the prison block etc.
