NPC Leaders.
All IC decisions for the whole faction are decided by the triumvirate:

Grand Marshall (NJO)
Supreme Commander (Military)
Chief of State (Political)

In Character Leaders:
The Faction Owner will choose a number of writers to play the IC leaders of the faction. These are expected to drive up activity and lead the Alliance.

The following are restricted ranks assigned to the chosen leaders:

New Jedi Order:
Marshall

Military:
General
Admiral

Political:
Chief Senator

Underneath these sit: Jedi Masters, Rear Admirals, Major Generals, and Senators respectively

Governors handle matters of state
Commanders handle matter of military
Marshalls uphold law/goals

For non Jedi Do-Gooders in the Force, create an elite training program for them to integrate into the GA however they pick (not many restrictions because easy, but just play it right) (looking at N7 for inspiration, but.... can work to state side as well, probably not in the Jedi Order)

Can we make 'em 'Marshals' and 'Grand Marshal' instead of 'Marshall'? It's a small change, but it does wonders for my ability to look at it without cringing.
