I'm sure I remember that a year or so ago Chaos attempted a Rebellion rule set that was thrown out because no one was utilizing the system.

Maybe its just me, but speaking as someone who doesn't use a lot of restricted techs(beyond Phrik and one instance of songsteel) Not a big fan of the idea of more restrictions... Especially when the requirements don't include just getting the item. Ie. a mining thread for phrik. Or a raid for beskar.

Am i the only one that didn't realize Rebellions look like they are returning... i mean i assume that being two of the items have Rebellions being a thing to get them.
