Ayden stood in front of a very large booth for the Corellian Engineering Corporation. They had shelled out a considerable sum for large booth space, but then again they could certanly afford the expense. While other agents swept across the booth floor, taking in those who passed by and regaled them with colorful accounts of the things people had done and accomplished with products from CEC. His personal favorite was the man who won the heart of a Zeltron princess by flying through the Maw system at break neck speed and ended up causing a stellar nursery to explode, forming a new star which he named after her.
Beside him was his faithful companion, a Corellian Ropo. It's large eyes looked every which way while its large slobbering tongue caused many a passerby to pause and fawn over the adorable creature. Ayden, for his part, let the little critter enjoy itself while he dealt with the first big customer of the day. Finding out that Silk Holdings was putting in an order for twenty-five Ro-class stations was certainly enough to put a smile on his face. He worked out the arrangements, discussed time tables, and sealed the deal having helped make Corellian Engineering that much more successful. When he had first lobbied with the other board members to test the water on such large-scale products like trade stations, many had initially balked. However, they had come around after the success of the Ro-class, and any doubt would be sealed after this expo.
But if Ayden was pleased with himself before, he was going to be downright stunned after reading the order from Arceneau. Another twenty-five Ro-class stations. Forty MR-125 blockade runners. Five Myriad-class corvettes. Ten Panther-class shuttles. Ten YGX-2350s. One hundred HBD-300 droids. This was every salesman's wetdream order. However, as one could only expect of someone in his position, Ayden kept his composure and let his face betray nothing. Looking the blue Twi'lek over, Ayden smiled as he went over the list with her. "This is certainly a tall order. We shouldn't have any trouble delivering the ships and droids within the week. Obviously the stations will take a bit more time, but I'm confident we'll get them sorted and delivered in time to meet any deadlines Miss Arcenaeu has."
As he handed the pad back with an electronic receipt, Alisha'ven would find that one Aa'kua landspeeder had been put into the order, yet no charge had been made. A short while later and a simple note would arrive in Danger Arcenaeu's inbox that read 'Pleasure doing business with you.'
