Sparring for Beginners!

Yuroic chuckled and nodded his head. I wouldn't call us youngsters in front of her though. He added with a smirk before rising to his feet and pondering on what he learnt from his battles with Sith. Moving around idly, he thought carefully on his fight with Krest on Vjun and other battles he face. Facing Dagos, he took a deep breath and released it slowly.

When I faced a Sith Lord for the first and only time in my life, it was like nothing before. The man was calm, collective and incredibly intelligent. I attempted to talk him out of combat and he lead me along, giving me the idea that I was in control of the conversation, that I could be able to convince him. However, it was a ploy to ensure that he could strike when we were weakened. Of course me and another Padawan struck first. Yuroic remembered how Kaden jumped into action, he missed his red tentacled-bearded friend. It didn't matter, two of us on him alone and we barely hurt him, I am amazed I made it out of that fight alive. Because I shouldn't be, he was faster than he looked, stronger and had this air of calm. You always think that the Sith are just constantly angry or letting out their hatred but they aren't, it is a mere tool they use when the battle is not in their favour.

Yuroic paused as he crossed his arms and smiled slightly, it was strange to admit how different that battle felt than he expected it to. However, Sith generally fight using Form V, my opponent on Vjun did. So this means perfecting Soresu is ideal, I would look into great practitioners of the Form. I think there was one during the Clone Wars? I'm not hundred percent sure, I watched only a few holocrons on the combat style. Also, improve your physical stamina, go running, push yourself to the limit then push on more. The harder you push yourself now, finally what your body is capable of, not your mind, will give you an edge in combat. Your mind is weaker than your body when it comes to exercise. Anyway, that's all I have to say.
