Spies Like You [PM for Invite]

Alyria is an exotic dancer. She is done with her shift for the night and was now headed home, very tired. Suddenly, she hears a commotion nearby, and does a sudden stop.

"Just do what I ask!" a voice came from nearby. She sounded very frustrated. At this point, Alyria understood what to do, but instead of running to get help, she foolishly runs towards the voice. Now's her time to play the hero.

She ran into a dark alleyway and found a human, a Chiss and a very, very attractive male who appeared to be human as well. The woman was holding what looked like a gun and had it pointed at the man and the Chiss woman. Alyria reacted in the worst way possible; she jumped at the woman.

As if the situation couldn't get worse... Or better? An unmistakable Zeltron woman came running down the alley and made a tackle aimed for the aid. Without room to react, the Aid was taken down, midway through falling her finger pressed the trigger causing a shot to graze over Emery's head. As she did swiftly hit the ground, the blaster bounced out of hand and towards Chen who immediately went to grab the weapon.

Instead of thanking the girl, Chen pointed the pistol her way. "Name, and what the hell do you think you're doing?", the Chiss asked. It was surprisingly and awkwardly polite despite the word choices.

"Get off of me!", the aid snapped back at the Zeltron woman; struggling to free herself.

Emery screamed. He literally screamed like a little girl as the blast took off a large chunk of his curly hair. He patted his head several times before realizing what was going on. Some Zeltron woman had jumped the Aid, thank the gods. Chen had said something he didn't hear very well over the rush of adrenaline. The Emergy Drink kicked in as he ran over to the Zeltron woman and helped her hold down the aid.

"Ha!" He yelled triumphantly.

"Name, and what the hell are you doing?" The Chiss woman demanded very rudely. Just as she was about to let out a spew of incredibly rude words, the attractive guy jumped to help her pin down the woman

"My name is Alyria, but you can call me your hero." Alyria sneered, "and I'm saving your ass! What does it look like?" She couldn't believe it. The only thing keeping her from punching the Chiss was the fact that she was pinning the woman down on the ground. She stared up at the red eyes with the deepest anger she could pull off. Unbelievable.

"Actually, you caused attention.", Chen noted as a small crowd gathered at the edge of the alleyway; clearly wondering what was going on. The Chiss wanted to avoid just this, which is why she never intended to create a commotion to begin with.

"There's no way we'll be able to question her, CorSec will be here soon.", she said unhappily. The Chiss' red eyes ignored the Zeltron's comments further and focused completely on trying to think of a way out of this situation. They can't run or they'll get arrested. Maybe she could give a bribe? Yes.

"I said... Get off!", the aid screamed the words loud enough for anyone nearby to hear as Emery joined in the action. So her 'bodyguard' acts only when the enemy is defenseless? Brilliant.

With all that in mind, Chen sighed. "They're going to take the datapad.", she muttered.

Emery decided to take this moment to chat up their new and out of the blue savior. "So," he began, attempting to help restrain the Aid, "Is preventing murders just a daily thing for you? Or do you vary it up? Y'know, catch robbers, beat up muggers and all that?"

He grinned a little bit, shifting his appearance so that the bald spot on his head was replaced by the curly hair we all know and love. "My name's Emery, by the way"

Alyria stared at him. Wow, she thought, this guy's a shape shifter!!

"Oh, haha, no! Actually I'm a dancer." She smiled back. Then she heard the Chiss woman mention something about "CorSec." Uh oh. Alyria turned to look at the crowd of people behind her. Somebody probably already went for them. Any moment now, they'd show up.

This couldn't be good. Alyria got nervous around CorSec officers. "Crap"

Morality Policeman :)
Oh, yes. CorSec was indeed here. Shots fired in alleys tend to attract a bit of attention from officers of the law--especially types with rather fine-tuned ears of Lorrdian heritage. That was Malin.

Fine time to grab a caf... These little gang wars needed to run on Spritejägare time every now and then. She did not like being interrupted while enjoying a hot cup of caf. Force knew that was the one thing sacred to her in life. It was not like she really got paid extra per murder.

Her short model of the DH-17 carbine soon replaced the steaming cup in her hand as she tragically trashed one and drew the other before entering the alley--and she had it set to full-auto, just in case. The tall blonde strode with caution but not without conviction, for this was her job and she liked every minute of it that did not include moments such as this. People should just stop killing each other in her city.

Her green eyes took in the scene within a glance, species; height; gender; positions of each mentally documented. This one was going to be good. She could tell that much by the annoyed and nervous composition of this party. "CorSec! Hands up, and step away from the man!" Lieutenant Spritejägare was now taking over.

As expected, CorSec arrived. Chen was always right; she was going to rub that in Emery's face but that didn't really suit her when she had a gun in hand whilst two potentially crazed individuals tackled a young unarmed woman in the back alley.

"Kark.", she mumbled under her breath. Could this really get any worse? It looked bad, she knew that. Without hesitation, Chen dropped the blaster that was being held in her hand and stepped back. Although she was stepping away from the woman who resembled no appearance to the man. Probably routine.

Hopefully Emery would pay attention, it would be quite terrible if he were to get shot on sight.

Taking the moment, Chen's aid used this as a ruse. "Help me! These ... Gangers snuck up on me; they want my datapad.", she pleaded.

Now this was -really- bad by the looks of it. Chen knew better than to say more; what she did say would indeed be used against her but so would it against the aid, you can't keep a cover story no matter how good your memory is when it was made up on the spot.
