Lightsaber components allow for a shield to be formed over the vambrace. Protecting against a wide variety of weapons.
Description:
As like many vambraces, The armor is simply made out of durasteel and rather good for protection over all. However, with lightsaber components housed within the brace, it can emit a light-shield. As much as a tool, as it is a weapon, the lightshield can protect against many forms of lightsaber, blaster, slughthrower, and melee attacks. The size of this shield can range from .3 meters to a wide 1.1 meters in diameter. Some have been known to be buckler shape, while some can be seen in a rather oblong or oval shape. This depends upon the user of the weapon, and cannot be changed when shaped.
With the usage of a Dantari Lightsaber crystal, When activated, the crystal helps the user in retaining their force energies and helps them recuperate it faster than it would be without the weapon. This also determines on the person using said weapon. The rate is different from person to person, but generally stays the same amount of time required. However, if used by masters, or knights, the effect won't be as dramatic without special attainment to the crystal housed within the light shield.
