The Ssi-Ruuvi Caste System
The Ssi-Ruuvi caste system follows a very simple ideology. All members of the Ssi-Ruuvi society, including Raiders, belong to a certain caste based on their skin colour. Ideally, Ssi-Ruuk inherit their caste and can never leave it or procreate with members of another caste. However, with the welcoming of other aliens, the caste system is no longer as strict.

Members of the Raiders, especially those not of the Ssi-Ruu species, can sometimes change their caste without changing their skin colour.

However, Ssi-Ruuk are still expected to follow the old system as much as possible to ensure the sacred status of the species and the afterlife.

Every caste is ruled by their own ruling body or leader, picked by the supreme ruler Shreeftut himself. While every caste has their own ruler, the Elders' Council and the Conclave still hold most power over the society and the Shreeftut acts above every other caste.

Moving from one caste to another is handled in a case-by-case basis.

The Blue Caste is the highest caste of the Ssi-Ruuvi society. They are the most noble of the Ssi-Ruuk and are expected to take on a political position in the society. Most of the members of this caste dominate the Elders' Council. Members of this group are often the most ambitious of them all, unwilling to accept any failure and seeing success as the only way to reach afterlife.

The Blue Caste is ruled by the Elders' Council, consisting of five Blue Caste members.

To be a member of the Blue Caste, one has to have blue skin colour. Members of the this caste usually also have small bodies and long tails.

As a change from the old caste system, members of other castes can rise to this caste by showing great ambition and leadership skills while serving the Shreeftut and the Elders' Council.

The Gold Caste is the second to highest caste of the Ssi-Ruuvi society. Members of this caste are known as priests and the religious advisors and educators of the society. More often than not, members of this caste are Force users dedicated to the ways of the Force. They hold the power to consecrate worlds and lands and are therefore considered to be one of the most important castes.

The Gold Caste is ruled by the Conclave, consisting of five Gold Caste members.

To be a member of the Gold Caste, one has to have gold skin colour.

All Force users who mainly work with the Force and its studies (Consular type) automatically fall into this caste despite their skin colour. Force users from any other caste can join the caste when they choose to follow the Consular archetype.

The Yellow Caste is the third caste of the Ssi-Ruuvi society. They are the ones who study sciences, create new technology and operate them. Members of this group are usually highly intelligent and educated. Most company owners and merchants also fall into this caste due to their great affiliation with sciences and technology.

The Yellow Caste is ruled by the Technocrat General, chosen directly by the Shreeftut.

To be a member of the Yellow Caste, one must be of yellow colour.

Alternatively, all merchants, scientists and company owners who want to dedicate themselves to technology but aren't yellow can apply to become a member of this caste. Sentinel-type Force users are also free to join this caste if they wish to be more technology-oriented.

The Red Caste is the fourth caste of the Ssi-Ruuvi society. They are the ones who defend the consecrated worlds of the Ssi-Ruuk, as well as fighting to bring more planets into the fold. They are usually predatory and brave. It has been noted that these warriors can't be sensed when they work in groups of one or two.

The Red Caste is ruled by the Commander General, chosen directly by the Shreeftut.

To be a member of this caste, one has to be of red colour. Members of the caste also tend to be larger and broader than other Ssi-Ruuvi Raiders.

Most Guardian-type Force users automatically fall into this category due to their great affiliation with war and battles.

The Black Caste, one of the most secretive and rare of the castes, are truly the most honoured members of the Ssi-Ruuvi society. They tend to be extremely rare, but they hold great espionage abilities, as well as being great assassins. Most of the members of this caste are unknown to the public and they do their best to hide their true caste.

The Black Caste is ruled by the Assassin General, chosen directly by the Shreeftut. More often than not, missions for the Black Caste come directly from the supreme ruler himself.

While traditionally it was necessary to have a black skin colour to be a member of the caste, it is no longer needed. Truthfully, it is even recommended to be of some other colour so that members of the caste could hide themselves in other castes while actually working as assassins and spies of the Ssi-Ruuvi.

Most Sentinel-type Force users fall into this caste.

The Green Caste is the simplest of them all. They are the ordinary civilians of the Ssi-Ruuvi, doing usual jobs and working to maintain the infrastructure and everyday functions of the society. Most of them can never hold any true power, but they are necessary to keep the society running.

The Green Caste is overseen by the Humanitarian General, a Blue Caste member chosen by the Shreeftut to keep an eye one the caste.

Most civilians of the Ssi-Ruuvi society fall into this caste. Alternatively, a member can apply to become a member of some other caste if they show great desire and talent in some other field.

The Brown Caste is the lowest of them all. It consists of outcasts, slaves, interbreeds of people from different castes and people who have shown no loyalty to the Ssi-Ruuvi cause. They are generally stripped from all benefits other castes have and do the very simplest of jobs to live. Any advancement in this caste is impossible.

The Brown Caste is overseen by the Humanitarian General, a Blue Caste member chosen by the Shreeftut to keep an eye one the caste.

All enemies of the Ssi-Ruuvi Raiders fall into this caste. Humans are automatically considered to be its members.

Moving from this caste to another is nearly impossible - once an enemy, always an enemy -, but a member may plead to be relocated to another caste.
