  • Small, compact, easy to use – It's a small unit, able to fit onto a wrist mounted vambrace system, with easy to use controls, and a sturdy design

  • Directional Repulsor blast – It's like taking a powerful force push. The weapon can push back anyone or anything that gets close and is in a three meter cone in the pointed direction. It doesn't cause damage on its own, but it's useful for keeping people back.

  • EMP resistant – It's highly resistant to EMP damage, due to its reinforced duraplast casing, as well as its insulated circuits and wires.

  • Short range: The range of the item is limited to five meters. Outside that range, and the power is greatly reduced exponentially.

  • Time – After it fires it takes time to power back up again. (One post in between each use minimum)

  • Power Supply – The device can only be used six times before the battery has to either be replaced, or the device must be re-charged.

The device is a variation of a traditional Mandalorian weapon that uses repulsor fields that come out like a wave to push attackers back and away from them, as if they had just performed a strong force push. It makes use of standard technology and over all isn't anything very special, only that the wave is directed to give it a more powerful push than others of its type.

The weapon has rechargable power cells, that allow it to hold up to six bursts of the weapon in the cell at any given time. A small solar panel sits on top of the device, to allow it to charge when in light. While it almost always waits in its ready state, after it discharges and releases the wave, it takes time for it to draw enough power to return to its ready state and be capable of firing again.

“A lot of this tech is just updating older pieces of technology. Making them strong, better, more capable. It's all about giving the user options, because if you have options in battle, you can keep your foe on the defensive, and in time knock them off their feet. Literally.”
