It does not take particularly long to locate the protestors. A young woman near the entrance is handing out pamphlets and decrying their governments choice to join The CIS. This girl was not who they needed to talk to only a stepping stone. Something like an illegal arms deal was not handled by the kind of person you put out front of a fair hosted by the organization you are protesting against. Still, she was bright and idealistic and it doesn't take much coaxing to get her to step aside.
Once they have her alone Averin's silver tongue soon gets the name of someone a bit higher up in the food chain. With this information at hand, he leads Lola away from the fair. It would be a few hours before they actually found the person they needed to talk to but Averin had done this song and dance before. They would get where they needed to be, talking to the person who controlled the credits.
