Starting As Master vs. Rank Recycling

Recycling is fine by me, but outright starting as a master seems a tad different. Idk, working my way from a beginning rank was a blast for me, and while I'm totally fine with starting as a Knight, masterhood should have to be earned in the sense that the writer should prove they've got the stuff to RP a master level fairly, and after that they should be able to recycle the account if they please. But starting as a master at day one for everyone would sorta be chaotic.
