Stealth Observation/Communication Satellite

I'm on phone right now, just had an idea for a system of satellites deployed throughout our space for observation and secure communication.

To then also be used for information gathering in other star systems.

Due this sound plausible or worth our time?

We are the nation that hosts the Spynet.

So in a perfect world, these satellites could monitor various forms of communication. Have them tuned to a several keywords and frequencies. And then, deploy them abroad.

They hear you when you're sleeping.
They hear you when you're awake.
We know if you're a karking rebel.
And this time, we kill you good.

Already happening, Baktoid planted their communication arrays all across ACA and other Faction's spaces. When I took over, I made sure to clear it with folks and have it be auto-destruct free.

Raz actually submitted a version of the Darknet that uses those same satellites.

Observation drones
Network snooping devices
