Sticks And Stones May Break My Bones, But A Chainsaw Will Kharkin Rip Me Apart [Siobhan Kerrigan]

Firemane Development Laboratories,

Kaeshana,

Quiet Conference Room,

HK was back on Kaeshana for another meeting with the Firemane, holding a datapad of blueprints and information for a new weapon design he had in mind, something that he found of great interest for Firemane for the future development of their walker systems.

And so he was walking down one of the metal corridors to the Conference room where he scheduled a meeting with Siobhan, all he would ask of her was to bring along one of those Chainsaw swords they were able to capture from remnants of the Old Sith Empire.

There was some retrofitting and upgrades to be done!

Siobhan was not late to her meeting. Not at all. Well, she might be late by a few minutes...but that was not her being tardy. She was merely being fashionaly late. Never mind, a few minutes would pass and then the space diva would finally arrive in the conference room. Beautifully dressed, of course, in a shiny women's business suit and a fine pair of heels.

She also carried a Scylla Sith Sword. The alchemised chainsaw blade was pretty much the height of pointless brutality. The weapon was not only lightsabre resistant, but could also absorb Sith lightning due to its Sith alchemised teeth, allowing it to discharge the electrical volley with the next swing. It was absurdly sharp and nasty if you scored a hit, but also bloody heavy and unwieldy. Siobhan did not use swords much these days, but it had come in handy when torturing the sadistic Sith lord who had made Coryth's life a living hell.

No one messed with 'her' [member="Coryth Elaris"]! Chopping off both the Sith's feet had been satisfying and effective. Anyhow, she entered the room, carrying herself with the air of someone who thought she owned the place, which she actually did. "Hi, HK. Hope you didn't have to wait too long," she quipped. A message had been sent to [member="Mirien Valdier"] if she felt like joining given her expertise.

"I have different concept of time than you organics as I can actually notice it dilate or compact with different gravitic forces, just the same I can slow it down or speed it up in my mind. That said you could not haul your arse over here sooner?"

The machine quipped, motioning to the table,

"Set the sword down, have you heard of the metal laminanium?"

The droid asked,

"It was developed at the height of Vong invasion, a mockery of the organic material composing their Vonduum Crab armor, its structure can withstand the strikes from Amphistaves and cut as they do. I was able to develop forges on Abregado that can make such a metal."

HK nodded as he told her about Laminanium,

"So my idea was, why not combine these two? Re-make the chainsaw swords but instead of alchemized teeth use small sharpened Laminanium plates?"

Siobhan did indeed have a nice arse. She was also of the opinion that she was so important that people ought to wait on her when she was in the mood!

"Laminanium plates, huh? Not a metal I'm that familiar with, I hear it can resist molten lava balls and regenerate if exposed to extreme heat, that true? And how heavy would these plates be? The Scylly chainsword is already terribly bulky and awkward to wield. I take it this for the walker to use? And how expensive would this materiel be? Last I heard it's rare."

In principle the metal should be useful against lightning and lightsabres, since they generated heat. There had to be a flaw somewhere down the line though.
