Strengths and Weaknesses in all Technology and Vehicle Templates

I propose we add this to vehicles and technology templates. Outlining the strengths and weaknesses of a submission is key. It facilitates judging, it enables people to understand the technology quickly when used in RP.

[member="Raziel"], I would be in favor adding that to the weapons, armor, droids, and vehicle templates. I'm not entirely sure if I would add it to the general technology template. There are some general technology subs such as this one or any of the basic food submissions that we've seen (such as Drey's nerf steaks, Sasori's twinkies, etc) where I don't this as being very applicable.

[member="Raziel"], [member="Gir Quee"], I see a lot of people, and I do this myself as well, will list their strengths and weaknesses either by listing them in the special features, or will highlight them in their description so its easier to find. However, I agree. I would like to get rid of the special features and replace it with strengths and weaknesses section because then it would make everything seem a little bit more uniform, and make it easier to read everything.
