With the Sith Order’s advances into the Alliance’s Cloud, the NJO has called upon skilled pilots to form a new squadron of Jedi to take up the mantle of Blades of the Sky. Formed following the request of
Anthony Gray Sun
after the assault on Zeffo, Anthony realized the lack of Jedi Escorts within Sith Space. Calling upon the jedi of the past, Sunrider Squadron was formed. Pilots skilled in various disciplines, designed to act as paragons amongst the GADF’s aviators, while holding no rank.
The squadron is designed to take up a variety of roles, from air superiority, to bomber escorts, to close air support, the Sunrider Squadron is more than just fighter aces. They’re the next generation of Jedi Air Support.
Using top of the line, often custom modifications of the GADF’s finest starfighters, Sunrider Squadron is trained to do anything needed, and lead the GADF’s pilots into battle.
