I'll be honest, I'm very averse to droids. Too much risk in war. Though, I may come to you for rarer materials, seeing as you run mining operations.

I very much intend on working with you in the future. Though, not so much with droids, of course.

Paranoia will drive you to an early grave.

At this point though, what are your options? Tion has ties to almost every corporation over tier three. Of the companies that don't, almost the rest of them have ties to the Sith. in some incarnation.

I can offer you fighters, here and now. You're not beholden to me beyond that for anything. It's not like I'm demanding you reveal to me all your bases and hire CEC techs.

The reasoning being that, while you're not exactly a target, the last thing I want is to be connected with the seemingly imperialist autocracy you are running. Hypothetically, should things go south, you control the starfighter supply and can switch it off at anytime to shut us down. Not to mention my faction would be called into question for 'putting up' with your shenanigans for self-gain when our purpose is to remove people with dangerous expansionist agendas.

Really, we're not lacking in starfighter composition, anyway. It's funding/resources that we need to produce them, whether that be through purchase or construction. But we'll accept free or relatively free fighters, absolutely.

This is not rampant socialism. Nothing is free. And unless your pilots are so terrible you have to continuously purchase replacements from me, then I fail to catch on to how you are beholden to me for anything.

And last I checked, despite being one of two major contributors to the Protectorate military, CEC was not the Protectorate.

Of course, if you want to be so brazenly anarchist, perhaps I shouldn't offer to sell you anything. Wouldn't do CEC any good to sell its products to terrorists now would it?

No one said anything about socialism. We just have preferred sources of fighter craft already set up and it would be ridiculous to go elsewhere unless they came at a significantly cheaper price.

[member="Ayden Cater"] is owner of CEC. Ayden Cater is Lord Protector. Therefore, Ayden Cater's CEC is subject to the whims of Ayden Cater's Protectorate as long as he is the Protectorate's Protector. It would be absurd to think that the leader of a government would allow his factories to go against either his people's interests or his own personal gain in a time of war. This is logic.

No one said anything about anarchy. I'm tired of having that discussion since three months ago. But it's fine if you don't want to sell/give us things. If us not taking your products is going to offend you, then it's not a partnership worth pursuing anyway.
