Description: The Taanabian Spirit is a Nebulon-B2 frigate that survived the Battle of Taanab, and named in honor of those who both lived and died in the battle. After the battle, the vessel was modified and rebuilt to be more powerful then the average frigate of its class. While the firepower wasn't changed much, other than replacing weapons with equivalents, the defenses have been bulked up with heavy shield, hull plating and ablative armor. Along with this, the engines have been upgraded to allow the frigate to move faster and turn better than a standard Nebulon-B2.
