Tai has been a serious person ever since his mother's death. But, on some rare occasions he has been known to lighten up his mood.
Bio:
Tai was born into a hunter family; you were only worth something if your skills were great enough. When Tai turned 5, his father took him outside daily and hardened him by forcing him to run through the forest for hours without breaks longer than five minutes. Every morning he would have to do this run and every evening he would have to run longer. This is why he barely made it, to his bed when it was time to sleep. His mother taught him survival skills, which were very valuable. She taught him plants that were poisoned, and plants that could be used for healing. She also taught him how to cook herbs and meat. His dad never let him off on his training schedule. His brother that was sixteen around the time, had to go longer and faster than he did. His brother's fighting was the envy of the village they lived. Everyone expected Tai to follow suit.
His father was called to war to protect their world. He fought many battles, and excelled as a warrior. But, since he was not home, his brother took over his training. Tai turned 7 and the war was still raging. Tai was taught how to be an excellent archer. His brother drilled him harder than, his dad did. While, he was training to be an archer, his brother crafted him a sword, and taught him how to. They both fought against each other with bows and arrows and with blades. When, Tai turned ten he was an excellent warrior. But, his need for skills urged him to go into village and learn from a group called the Rogues. They knew how to be somewhere, while not being noticed by someone. His father died when Tai turned 11. His mother soon after became a drunk.
When, Tai came home from training with Zharn and the Rogues he was very tired. He fell asleep in his bed; his mother always said he looked like his dad. Soon, she came in his room drunk and started beating him every night. Tai's mother was still an able warrior in her own right so Tai could not defend himself. The beating continued till Tai turned 13. His mother lunged at him, Tai expertly kicked her back. They were at a waterfall. Tai had his sword and his bow and arrows. His mother while drunk threw throwing knives at Tai. He whipped out his sword, and blocked them. His brother Zharn was watching and saw his mother attacking Tai. He couldn't believe she was the reason Tai always had bruises. Tai's mother ran at Tai, Tai flipped over the drunken women. When, he landed he kicked her towards the waterfall. He pulled out his bow and arrows, and shot two arrows straight through her heart. Causing her to fall down into the bottom of the waterfall to her death.
The village heard the story of what happened to his mother, and felt sorry for the two boys. Tai left his home and his brother to fully join the order of the Rogues at age 14. They gave him a special cloak that enhanced his camouflage ability. No one knew to much about Rouges besides the fact that they were told to use black magic. But, the truth was, they trained night and day. They trained in the art of seeing and not being seen. They knew how to walk in the most silent walk. They also knew how to stand completely still and not be seen. He finished his training at age 18, and then he went off-world to a technical school to learn of the galaxy. He traveled to the Core worlds first to learn of the galaxies' basic customs and knowledge, and this seemingly small task took him three years to complete.
