Taking the High Ground [Mandalorian Dominion of Aeten II]

Aedan Miles panted as he sprint down the hall muttering darkly as he rounded a corner into a room Mando's on one side Kez and his men on the other moving forward the young man takes a few deep breaths. His silver lightsabers hanging loosely in his beskar clad hands he stopped and glanced at the mando'ade his voice calm and quiet. "These are my men if you must know we are here to help you. I would rather not have to block a dozen or more blaster bolts before Field Marshal Garon tells you to stand down." Reaching up Aedan pulled his helmet off revealing piercing violet eyes and shorter violet hair. Hooking the helmet onto his belt he turned to look at [member="Strider Garon"] a smile crossing his face as Aedan turned to face them. "Long time no see Strider. Not the best way for me to be caught in Mando territory now is it?" The other members of Clan Akaata shuffled around behind Aedan and Kez their weapons not raised as they remembered their orders from the Aliit'buir. The emblem on Aedan's armor that of a can that was still new and had probably been named Dar'manda for following the head of their clan. La did not lower her riot gun, but neither did she make any further aggressive moves, she simply held perfectly still, kneeling, gun raised. Not aimed at anyone in particular, but then again it didn't need to be. It was all well and good to say that [member="Strider Garon"] was going to tell her to stand down, but until he did, she had no intention of doing so. Besides, while one could hope that the lightsaber meant he'd killed a damned force user, with the state of the galaxy it was more likely that he was one, which bought him no points in Las book. Still, Mando's were Mando's, unless of course Strider said they weren't.

Inside her helmet, her view feed flicked rapidly, trying to keep an eye on the scene from all angles, particularly for anything coming up behind them while Strider conversed with this man who from the use of the word 'caught' should not have been in Mando territory. Dar'manda? La didn't know the other clans well enough to say for sure one way or the other.

Ijaat heard to comment and just shook his head as the faceplate of his helmet again snapped to secure and the servos lit up at full charge. Flexing first one leg, then the other, Ijaat took a moment to step back and then CHARGED... The legs of his suit churning and burning as he almost approached a run in the suit. Frankly, even at a jogging speed, it was still alarming to see something or someone as massive as he was in the armor coming at you in that fast a speed.

The first few pirates actually dropped their weapons, one yelling "I'm too old for this! They don't even give you dental here!" before turning to run. Ijaat, affectionately enough, spared that one. Well, sort of... To say he spared an enemy is a stretch, but he only grazed and wounded the man with a single well placed A-10 round, shredding most of his left leg from the knee down as the bolt hit his unarmored calf. There was a scream then as he hit the rest of the fleeing squad, sending a barrage of bolts at Xander to make him dance a bit.

The first soldier he merely tucked his shoulder into and swung his shield with a grunt of full force, opening the armor reactors up to full capacity. With that, the massive beskar bastion slapped into the fleeing pirate with a raw-meat sounding splat and thud, and seconds later a rag doll corpse flew over Xander's head, even though the man was a good few yards ahead of him by now.

"That's gonna be your shebs if I catch you whipper-snapper!"

I smiled as I watched with the other pirates as the man charged. Stomping after me like a rancor on a rampage.

BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM.

Some were yelling and screaming to run away as the man ran to them. Man it must have been hot in there. It was hot in this armor the way it was. Now as he was carrying well over triple his weight in armor and weapons, I was sure that he might have sweat buckets by the end of this. As the man was thrown over my head, I ducked as he slammed into the wall behind me. A crush was herd, but the man was already dead before he hit the wall. The words of the Raging Mando came to my ears.

"Yeah I already know that!"

I turned back around and ran for the armory. Hopefully getting there before he reached me.

Objective: Chat?

With [member="Aedan Miles"] moving and regrouping Kezeroth nodded to the men he commanded to signal that the lead was with Aedan now. Retracting the 1ft long wrist blades Kezeroth pushed two pirate corpses down and started to walk forward to Aedans side. Examining the Mando squad he smirked under his masked helmet at [member="Werdla Dardalab"] and [member="Strider Garon"], Both looked to be serious and caught off guard by the dar'manda soldiers that assisted them just now. For now the Large armored Gen'dai thought it best to stand arms crossed, weapons dangling on their slings and shoulder blaster pointing away. This Alliance was a absolute must have for Aedan, It would benefit both parties and help when it could.

Two red eyes gazed from out of the helmet as Kezeroth stood by, He was calm and ready. Waiting to hear from this Strider, This Marshal of the Mandalorians.

"Hmm.."

His cannon fired shot after shot into the pirates, decimating their numbers as the Mandalorians continued to rout the enemy. Raising a finger to his ear he nodded at Skirata's information. Almost as if on cue, the interior anti-personell security blasters that had been mowing down Mandalorians left and right suddenly paused and turned on the pirates. With a smirk he pushed ever forward.

"Acknowledged Skirata. We're moving to the bridge."

Objective: Chat with Sith?
Allies: [member="Werdla Dardalab"] & [member="Strider Garon"]
Enemies: [member="Kezeroth the Malevolent"]
Questionable: [member="Aedan Miles"] ?!?

It didn't matter what this pirate fellow was doing here or that Strider knew him. The moment the Sith stepped into the picture it was plain to see that they were together. Even if it was denied most people wouldn't go against the Sith anymore if they valued their life. The Mandalorians on the other hand would always fight despite how the Sith seemed to prop up everywhere like breeding rabbits.

Ana was one of the few Force users of the group and while she didn't say anything at the present her gaze was focused on the Sith in the picture. If anyone ought to be entangling themselves with with it ought to be her no matter what Strider said.

Location: Mine Pit. Outside of Mining Facility.
Objective: Finish this up.
...the Blaster Rifle continued to fire. As bolts of energy lanced into their bodies other Pirates dropped to the ground. The Warrior completed a battle assessment using his hud integrated into the visor of his helm where the friend/foe designator indicated more hostiles had either been killed or incapacitated. Moving through the mining pit Garrus was aware there were still others though. The Micro Grenade Launcher integrated into the arm of his Beskar'gam was raised and he fired another explosive into several crate a group of men were using as cover. Pirates scattered in response and the explosion sent debris in all directions. Trudging ahead Garrus felt a strange satisfaction facing down these nameless men as though he were shooting fish in a barrel however he may have gotten away from himself as he felt a sudden weight collide with his side...

...while he was focused on the destruction he'd wrought outside of the mine a Pirate had rushed him, shoulder down, then driven into his midsection. The Beskar'gam actually absorbed a lot of the punishment but Garrus still stumbled before adjusting his attention so that it focused on the man who'd come in for close quarters. Reaching down Garrus maintained a grip on his Blaster Rifle with one hand while the other took the man by the back of the neck and squeezed. Fingers bit into the back of the Pirates neck; he could feel them clasping deeply. Then Garrus drew the man up after lifting his leg to deliver a knee into his stomach...
"Idiot."...with that sentiment he'd plant his Blaster Rifle into the mans stomach and fire from point blank range. When the Pirate went limp Garrus dropped him and moved on through the pit...

...wandering on foot he traded fire with more hostiles. Volleys rocked his form a few times but the Beskar'gam either absorbed the firepower or caused it to ricochet. Garrus hadn't even switched his shield generator on yet. Aiming he'd return fire on the hostiles before lowering his weapon to announce over comms...
"It appears the Pirates are starting to break out here. Mop up your objectives."...a turn of his head was made to ensure the hostiles were in retreat and all Garrus saw was the backs of the last few as they disappeared over the horizon and out of the pit..."Well done."...when he returned back to the fleet Garrus would need to toast his brother, Strider, as well as Anija Ordo for their leadership im planning and executing the retaking of Aetan II...

"Sha'kajir!" The old man snapped the command to cease fire to his fellow Mando'ade, his voice echoeing in the hallway and matalcized by the vocalizer of his helmet. "Burc'ya!" He would simply declare the non mandalorian squad friendly. With a few blinks of an eye their IFF would switch from unidentified to friendly in a broad update to all the mandalorians VIA their HUDs. "Morut'yc haar veeray!" The order was for his mandos to secure the current area.

Strider would step over a few dead pirates to greet a long lost brother. To be more exact the man had been Dar'manda for a long time but still didn't stop the old mando from showing gratitude for his presence. Especially in these dark times. "You answered the call!' He was kinda shocked but then again not the really. The mandalorians sent out a call to all mandalorians to return home and the call extended to the ex mandos that wished to regain their honor. So here Aedan Miles stood. He did not just give his word that he would answer he had shown through action he had full intentions of diminishing the dishonorable taint that had plagued him.

"Welcome back Vod!" Strider would extend his arm out for a proper mandalorian hand shake.

Objective: Secure the Area

"Sha'kajir!"

The riot gun immediately lowered and La rose to her feet. It wasn't completely put away, but to be fair this was because there could still be pirates about, not because she doubted [member="Strider Garon"] when he identified the unknowns as allies. Frigged if she knew. Quite frankly she mostly depended on her HUD to recognize friendly targets that had been pre-programmed by the techs before she'd been sent out into the field.

Moving, she left Strider to chat as he would and followed his commend to secure the area, the squad splitting to ensure all ahllways were being monitored, their HUDs allowing them to switch viewpoint and watch al around them. Now, without the full squad, La swung the big gun back onto her back and pulled out her old ACP Repeater. It didn't have quite the same shock and awe, but without a squad bearing more accurate weapons to back her up she liked to know she was going to hit what she aimed at with the first shot.

All seemed fairly quite though, it looked as if the bulk of the pirates were down and this operation could be considered a success.

Aedan Miles grinned and stepped forward reaching out to grasp Strider Garon's forearm and grin lightly. "Of course I came and not alone. Many things have happened sense I left I will have to tell you about it some time but for now I believe we have a job to finish." Aedan turned and made a gesture to Kez and his men. "Kez take some men and head deeper into the facility try to find the control room and secure it." He glanced back at Strider giving a quick nod towards the Gendai with a grin. "You can trust this one Strider he is with me and the group I lead now."
