STRENGTHS

• Force Walker - Allows the wearer to cast Force Walk through the collar, potentially binding multiple spirits to the collar while allowing the wearer to temporarily and utterly exert their will over the spirits within and then re-bind them to the collar as needed, affectively bypassing the bodily limits of Force Walk by housing them in the much sturdier artifact instead of harming their own body, drawing on their power only when needed.
• Starfall Ward - Enchanted specifically to ward the ghost of Tegan Starfall and all who share her blood, the talisman draws upon the power of captured spirits to erects a shield around itself against any means of harm brandished by those of the Starfall bloodline, preventing Tamsin from breaking it while possessed by Tegan.
• Call of Return - Reciting the inscription allowed the user to summon the talisman to themselves from anywhere in the galaxy.

WEAKNESSES

• Force Nullification - Relying on the power of imprisoned force spirits, the amulet cannot be used to entrap additional ghosts while under the affects of force suppressing or nullifying fields. Thus the talisman cannot defend itself, nor be recalled to the wearer under such circumstances.

The Talisman of Stars Enchained was created by the enchantress Darth Anathemous, one of her earliest creations of any note, and the culmination of much practice and experience learned of trial and error. Very similar to her own sith amulet, the talisman was imbued with her knowledge of the Force Walk ritual, Dathomiri spirit binding techniques graciously given to her by the sentient Grimoire of Mother Talzin, and knowledge passed down to her from Darth Keres, who created her very own talisman.

It was created with the hope that it would one day be used to free her apprentice, Tamsin Graves, of the spirit possessing her cloned body, once known as "Darth Sokar" or "Tegan Starfall". It was Tamsin's idea to use her own blood in the creation of such a talisman, giving the amulet a hunger for Starfall blood and souls, especially that of Tegan and her clones.

To prevent it from being destroyed by Tamsin's own hand in the event of her possession however, it was magically warded against all those who shared her blood, and enchanted with a powerful teleportation spell which allowed Tamsin to summon it in hand as needed.

The final touch was a black kyber crystal plucked from Anathemous' own amulet, said to contain the soul of a Sangnir wraith captured in an ancient tomb.
