DESCRIPTION
Designed as a non lethal explosive grenade, it doesn't have the range of some of the others but it is made for the ranger's and for soldiers to stotargets in their tracks. The casing is very lightweight to let them throw it further so they can stay out of range. When primed and tossed the grenade impacts the ground letting the small fuse go off and it launches monofilament cable in all directions from it. The cable in its liquid form until it is exposed to air and starts to harden. The glob of it all going can catch, wrap around and tangle up targets in the area usually keeping them in place for a time. How long is hard to say as it comes down to how quickly they can break and snap the material. Usually long enough to be taken down with a stunner.

How exactly do these cables wrap around objects/sentients as by what understand the explosion launches this cables in a straight line in various directions?

[member="Zef Halo"] the cable is in a liquid form when it comes out. It is used by bounty hunters to catch people because it can wrap around them and harden as a net. Same idea here when and if it impacts the liquid would bend and not just be an instant solid.
