Went to judge some unique tech today. Noticed that:

The problem I have with this is that we also use a Who is this for and Intent sections as well, so it doesn't make it open to everyone if its mass produced. Just everyone in that faction/group it is made for.

I think its a slight oversight on the process? Or its meant to mean that and just doesn't sound like it.

Hmm seems to be an over sight I'll add it in when I get home this evening. As for now judge the current submissions as is and I'll make an announcement.
