STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES :
Amphibious - Land, water I'm good either way. Adaptability, high-five! Not so keen on deserts though. I can do 'em, I just don't like 'em.
Olfactory - I feel like this is a mixed gift. I mean I guess it's handy sometimes, but do you know how much stench the average city has? A lot. It is a lot of stench. Sometimes I'm afraid I look stuck-up when really I'm just making faces at smells.
Pheromone Sensing - This is way easier in water but yeah, I can totes tell how you're feeling by smelling you through my tendrils. How weird is that? I love it! Though I try to avoid species who can pump out super pheromones. Hooboy.. I should not be around Zeltrons or Falleens ever. EVER.
Polyglot - Anselmian, Basic, Huttese.. look if I list them all I'll sound like a jerk. I just want to be sassy in every language okay?
Not That Brave - What? I'm totally fearless! I just.. I have common sense okay? And I could talk to people I don't know if I wanted to. I just don't want to.
Average Joe - I'm just a person, what's wrong with that? Not everyone is a Queen or a lost Prince or the Chosen one or whatever. And who actually wants a nemesis or tragic backstory? I am a-okay being pretty normal, thanks anyway. Living family members, yay! It might be nice having minions though, or untold riches.. Oh well.
Good Spatial Awareness... In Spaaaace - Well it comes from being basically aquatic right? Like, for most folks they're used to having their feet on the ground and that's a constant. For me being able to move in and being aware of all directions is not new. Sometimes I get nauseous though...
Incredulous - I just don't see why a person I don't know would want to kill me rather than talk it out. Who does that? That's crazy. There can't be that many crazy people..
Loyal - You stick by me, I'll stick by you, we'll get through this okay.
APPEARANCE:
Tengiz is a fairly average Nautolan female. She's not that hard on the eyes, leaning more towards curvy than lean though she is a little short. Not unreasonably so, she just keeps running into tall people. She tends to dress in blacks or browns, usually something tight, black and fine for swimming in under something brown, looser and utilitarian.
BIOGRAPHY:
Tengiz was born on Glee Anselm to two perfectly normal if slightly more successful than average parents. Her father had composed some music regarded as genius and ground-breaking within a very narrow community of music snobs, but sadly never made it mainstream. Her mother worked part-time at holiday resorts but largely dedicated herself to motherhood. Tengiz was something of a handful even as a child.
Upon finishing her basic schooling, she took the money her parents gave her for her further education and instead went off to see the Galaxy. That would be an education all by itself after all! She's worked many varied and often outright bizarre jobs to keep from running out of credits and as such has become something of a jack of all trades if master of none.
