Teshma Vokur "Friend or Foe?"

Krest lets the datapad drop back into his palm, hooking it to where it was originally on his back. He holds his arms wide then, simply letting the natives explore him all they want. If they didn't know the Force, he clearly has no way of communicating with them. Well, there was one way, but either tearing the natives language from their heads or forcing common into theirs could have.. Well, terrible results. So the Zabrak just smiles, letting the natives learn all they want about him. But he kept them away from his left arm and right leg. He wasn't sure how keen the natives were to cyberlimbs.

"Seems more durable than our durasteel."
He smirked to them and came closer to Lyzia, picking up the bag he had placed down on the ground next to bacta case.
He pulled from inside two most common objects one could find around Galaxy, and two that for most people defined who they were, two holotransmitters, one of those small personal ones with cameras and all the apps, and a datapad, this particular one was loaded with images all throughout the Galaxy. He would offer one of the holotransmitters to Lyzia, pointing to a button on it and pushing it, offering for her to take it as he pushed a button on the other holotransmitter. The holotransmitter he held scanned him, showing a smaller version of him on the transmitter he would offer to Lyzia.
Sammo would smile, and do a little wave, the little hologram of him would do the same, hopefully Lyzia would understand how the common communication device worked.

In the mean time, he would open up the map of the known Galaxy and charted planet on the datapad.

Lyzia was a bit surprised this leader known as Sammo was the one showing off most of the newer things the Galaxy offered. She cocked her head and watched him use the technology to make a smaller version of himself. Putting her finger through she saw it was a hologram. Looking to him she nodded before calling for one of her men to bring something over. It was a small cicular device that, when activated, turned out to be a transmitter that connected to one that was held at the Council Bulding where the other leaders waited. They appeared as a small hologram sitting around the table while Lyzia and Sammo appeared right in front og them.

<I see you've made contact with our visators.> one leader said in Soltarian, which Sammo wouldn't understand.

<Indeed. These people have a great many things to show us, Leaders. And they seem to be just as interested in us as we are them. They claim to come in peace and so far show no hostilites. I belive we can trust them.>

All the leaders looked amongst each other and nodded before standing and saluting to Sammo. The salute was them putting thier fists over both sides of thier chests them holding them out and saying "Kreetama!" which meant "Welcome, brother/sister"

Sammo watched the similar device at work, connecting them to a council of sorts. He understood it was a gathering of their leaders most likely.
Watching them talk he indeed understood little of it, but he attempted to memorize their words to see if they were similar to any other language he may have heard throughout his journeys around the Galaxy.
As they stood and saluted, he mimicked their gesture, repeating back to them.
"Kreetama."
He gave them a smile before he showed the datapad he held in his hands to Lyzia. He zoomed in on the current coordinates they were in, showing zoomed in Solovarna and other planets in its system. He pointed on the ground, stomping his foot a bit and then to the planet showing.
He slightly zoomed out, showing the position of the planet in Galaxy at large.
He then pointed to the datapad and to the image of the council, trying to gesture that he wished to show the contents of the datapad to all of their leaders, not just Lyzia.

All the leaders seeing the map made them gasp at first, knowing that they were so far out in the galaxy that it was no wonder they'd not discovered other life or had been discovered as of yet by any others. When Sammo gestured to share what was on the datapad with everyone Lyzia nodded before taking it from him. She spoke with the other leaders, explaining what they would do with it, before ending the transmission. She guestred to show she would indeed take the information to the leaders but also indicated that he and the others should some as well if need be. Meanwhile the other Soltarans were busy proding and sniffing the other two companions. They muttered among themselves in their language, obiously questioning the odd features they all had.

Sammo nodded to Lyzia as she offered for him to come with her and stepped closer before looking back to @[member="Krest"] and @[member="stardust"]
"Hey, guys!"
He called over to them
"I believe we are invited to speak with a council of their leaders of sorts, you two wanted to come along or go back to the Spirit? It wouldn't be as exciting from now on, I'll just fill them in on current state of the Galaxy, war between Jedi and Sith, the Force, large players in the Galaxy right now and our hyperspace engines, so you know, if you want to come with me, you're welcome to, you can also hold down the fort here or just take a stroll around their city and see how they live, up to you."
He would look towards Krest then specifically,
"Lad, did you mentioned being with the Confederacy when we took you aboard?"
He would glance back to Lyzia, motioning he will be with her in a second
"I don't actually have that much info on their current doings ever since they shut down that civilian transport on Geonosis, you had any recent pictures from there maybe? Unless I'm mistaking you for some other passenger, it happens sometimes."
He would look back to Krest

Lyzia kept motioning for them to follow her as she took them to one of the hover transports. Once they were secre they began flying towards the main city of Indagora, where it was a spledid blend of technology meets nature. Such high buldings amid what seemed like dense rainforests and jungle terrian. The air was a bit more clear than in other more humid areas of the jungles themselves. The tallest builing, the one they headed for, was the Concil Bulding where they all waited at the landing pad with a number of armed forces at the ready. Once they landed Lyzia began asking about what the gaurds were for, the Councilors stating it was just a precaution. Looking back to her guests Lyzia motioned to them to relax despite the among of guns pointed at them. Hopefully they would understand in some way what was going on.

Sammo would nod to Krest and smiled
"Well, seeing how they never had contact with the Force we might have to just overcome the barrier in the old fashion way."
He would not to Lyzia when she motioned for them to come aboard the speeder transport, taking a spot next to her,
"Besides, there is little languages I can't speak, you pick up few things traveling around as long as I did."
Sammo took hold of the speeder's railing, just making sure he wouldn't fall off.

As the speeder took them through the natives' cities, Sammo looked around, taking in all the new architecture, a beautiful mix of nature and technology.
"They must have evolved in jungles and used them for their advantage, it's a comforting environment to them."
Sammo commented as they were taken through the city towards the Council Building.
On their way there, Sammo smiled and waved to locals from time to time, much like someone would when taking part in a parade. Smile here, smile there, wave-wave back and forth.

Once they stopped and they were let off, Sammo nodded to Lyzia at the gesture to the guards,
"Don't worry, they just don't want us to assassinate their whole leadership in one swoop, they don't know what we would be capable of."
He explained to his crew and followed close to Lyzia.

He was excited, he didn't knew how they decorated rooms inside their buildings or how their leaders communicated between each other. First contacts and exploring were fun to him!

Krest held his hands behind his back, shrugging at Sammo. "I could always try and communicate mind to mind. Even if they can't use the force I could probably feel their thoughts. Though getting them to understand that is my intention would be needed. I guess we'll see." He eye'd the scenery with a small smile. It was indeed beautiful. Something he had never seen before. What interested him the most was the sheer size of it all. Who ever these people were, they had been around for quite some time. How they were able to hide for so long was beyond him.

Sammo's comment on assassination caused the Zabrak to laugh. "I wouldn't be surprised if we don't actually meet the leadership face to face. I mean, why would we? Sure we're new and exciting, but it would be a huge risk for the entire planet. I'm not sure they'd take it."

After getting them to relax a little Lyzia went back to speaking with the council. The conversation boiled down to "Why should we trust them?" and "Because they haven't killed us yet and they've showed us very nice things." Lyzia then pulled Sammo over and indicated him to the Council, reapting his name before he indicating the Council to him. Then she moved to @[member="Krest"] and finally @[member="stardust"], doing the same thing. More of her language was summed up, she trying to tell them about what they've shown to her. She looked back to the party and tried to indicate to show them what they'd shown her, as well as anything else they had. Ovbiously the looks of the Council was one that said "I'll beleive it when I see it."

Sammo simply nodded at Krest's answer, waving and smile as before to natives, but at Stardust's comment his smile disappeared,
"Yes, I realize so and I wish it wouldn't be so. Republic, Sith, Confederacy, and others, some may claim they only want order and peace in Galaxy, some don't hide their intentions of spreading war, but the results is always the same."
He just shook his head
"War, not peace, in the end they will only want this planet's allegiance to them, when the war comes they will not be protecting these people's homes or their peace, they will be calling them to use as resource. I've seen so many of current galactic powers as they began to rise and carve out hold of this galaxy."
He slightly looked back to them
"Omegas started out as simple mercenaries, selling their services into higher bidders, Republic used Jedi to summon storms and sink cities to eliminate Sith armies, spreading as much conquest and war as they claimed peace, Mandalorians, I respect them, but without war and an enemy to fight they will care little for peace. Confederacy, I've seen them destroy shuttle filled with Geonosian children and civilians, give sanctuary to killers and mass murderers as long as they pledged their service to them, torturers and kidnappers they protected among their ranks when call came for justice to be done upon them."
He sighed, looking up at the skies
"I wish they would stop spreading their influences, stop always seeking out more and more and to manage what they already have and make that a better place in this world instead of pull more Galaxy into their troubles. If there was anything I've seen that resembled peace during my journeys it was outside of their borders, not in them."
He shook his head, looking ahead once more
"But, when life gives you mojo fruits, you make mojonade."
He smiled to the crowds once more, giving another wave.

They were led into the Council chambers then,
Sammo looked around with a slight smirk as he watched their decor, as he stood before the Council, he gave them a bow when his name was mentioned by Lyzia. And then came time to shine as Lyzia indicated to show anything else, Sammo nodded back to her, motioning for others around him to move back, Star, Krest, and natives alike, he took something off of his belt and with a snap there was a hiss, followed by.
BZZZZZZT
A cyan blade of energy extended from a cylinder held in his hand, the lightsaber glowing in color of a clear sky as it lighted up the room and parted the shadows, he glanced briefly to Star and Krest, hoping they would not ask too many questions as why the old spacer had a lightsaber of his own

Looking back to Lyzia and the council Sammo slowly took off gauntlet that covered his free hand, letting it drop to the ground as he brought his palm closer to the blade, let it sizzle against his skin slightly as he winced and a relatively small burned cut was made by the Jedi weapon.

Krest rubbed his chin for a moment. "Killed a bunch of Geonosians? Yeah, the Queen who was raising an army against the Southern Systems, and Ashin Varanin. They tried to escape, so we shot em down." He shrugged a moment later, rolling his shoulders. He casts a sidelong glance to @[member="Sammo Hache-Khe of Rae"], raising a brow at the sight of a saber, but he simply pulls out his own. He had his sabers before he became a Templar even without any Jedi or Sith training. So its not that special for him to see someone else with one, even if they don't look like a Force user.

His own light blue blade flicks to life, but it's flat, more of a Katana like blade then the regular saber. He holds it non-aggressively, motioning to Sammo's saber and holding his blade out. "Might as well show them what these can't cut through before showing them what they can. That way they can defend themselves should Sith, Jedi, or even Templar come knocking."
