Kendall Ginn
Character
Kendall shields his eyes for a moment as he steps out into the sun, having just stepped off a shuttle arriving on Commenor. As Kendall began walking through the arrival station he was taken aback by how...safe this place felt. Didn't feel as though everyone around every corner wanted to beat, rob, or stab him. Not necessarily in that order, but that caution was what he had always known, and the change of pace has been off putting every time he came to this planet. It's not perfect, but it's also not Nar Shadaa.
The Weequay was here for business, having contacted Lady Kay about a important opportunity for alliance, referencing their last meeting during the planet's celebrations. Kwenn Space Station has been the target of Kendall Ginn for years now, a large station meant for refuel and recreation for ships on their way to and from the outer rim. A location that is currently the epitome of wasted potential. It has been under the control of a large community of pirates, which have festered in the station for the years Kendall has aimed for it's control. However, faced with a opportune moment Kendall wastes no time to find a powerful ally, he knows he can claim the station, but he needs the manpower of Commenor to do it, that is what he hopes to gain from his approaching meeting with Kay.
Objectives:
1. The pirates aren't exactly democratic types, but they do have a leader, that controls them to some extent. His name is Viiken "Whack" Welden, and Kendall has set up a conference with the absurdly named man, under the guise of a job offering. Kendall will use this meeting as the in, getting all involved parties on the station safely. With the offering of credits pirates become momentarily less violent, giving his crew the opening they need.
2. One of Viiken's underlings, Bordley (yeah i assumed pirates would have silly names what about it), is unhappy with the current leadership. Due to a past experience on a job, Kendall had been introduced to Bordley and thus was able to offer him the chance to mutiny. Bordley has a small group of his peers ready to strike when the time comes, but it's not a winning bet to trust a pirate, Kendall need's someone to watch Bordley, make sure he sticks to the plan, once it's done Bordley becomes a null variable. Kendall hopes to let them leave peacefully, but be prepared to 'deal' with our allied band of pirates.
3. The Cantina. A popular spot on the station. What used to be a recreational spot for people stocking up in the station is now the biggest pirate hangout in the station. This part is simple, get Bordley's crew, get ready, and siege the cantina. Only take action when you have to though, the final signal will be the destruction of the hanger.
4. The Hanger: The Centerpiece of the plan, after what was essentially an anonymous tip, *cough* Kendall *cough*, a large amount of the pirate forces have left the station to hunt down some rivals and reap the rewards. On a wild goose chase they wont return for a good time. However by the time the crew is all in position they will surely have given up. That is the time frame, one of Kendall's associates along with any other explosion loving Commenori will rig the hanger while on the station. It's imperative to go undetected doing so, they will be smuggled on to the station as the rest of our crew distracts the residents. When the pirate's ships are returning we blow the hanger, locking them out, and we take control. Its important that we have someone detecting approaching ships, watching our ship and the hanger, and finally our demolition experts.
5. Stronghold: After our major attacks we will have to maintain total control, seek out and take care of remaining forces, and the pirates outside wont give up so easy, we'll have to defend ourselves inside for when the remaining forces attempt to breach and attack, by then we have control and we will just need to finish the job.
There's definite danger, but risk grants reward, and Kendall refuses to wait any longer for an oppertunity, this is the most secure way to take control, he just needs a crew.
OOC: This is just a post to introduce people to the thread, if you're interested post below what you think you'd want to do. I'll start the actual thread shortly after we build up a crew. Afterwards i plan to have many role-plays surrounding the happening of Kwenn space station, so those involved can look forward to more fun later.
