All posts made in space will be ignored by the Jen'ari and allied side of this invasion. You may continue them if you wish but any and all connections forced upon the defending side by space borne forces will be categorically dismissed at this time, unless further talks are had between Jen'ari and CIS leadership in the interest of fair play and agreed upon terms.

I am sorry for the issue.

There is a 24 hour rule in place. If you don't respond in time then the other side can proceed with a post. It's an invasion. Fair play and etiquette are not in place. Unless you have a real good reason why OOC you cannot post.

I've spoken with [member="Darth Animus"] at length in regards to the planetary shields and the ongoing fleet engagement.

For clarity, we have come to the following agreement as of this evening:

Once the shields fall, any active fleeters on the CIS side can continue their engagement of space targets, such as enemy fleet positions, the shipyards, etc. (We, of course, will not be intentionally BDZing the ground positions of player characters.)

I apologize for any confusion that may have ensued while our staff teams talked this out - carry on folks!
