My character could force the Vong to work with you guys. He has a lot of IC experience with them, he lived among them and through assassination attempts, rose to power and now holds control of one of their strongest creations. If you want to keep a couple hundred survivors or shapers I would be ok with making it easier.

Survivors are unnecessary. We won't need more than a few dozen shapers. The ones that fight our forces will be killed, the rest deported.
