STRENGTHS

• Versatile Destroyer: The Marr-class is a robust and capable Star Destroyer, quicker than other Sith-Imperial ships its size and packing some decent firepower to boot. Unlike its contemporary, the Ascendant-class Star Destroyer, the Marr-class can field a maximum of eight starfighter squadrons from equatorial portside and starboard hangar bays.
• Sneaky Pete: What makes this Marr-class Star Destroyer stand out among its brethren is the inclusion of a Stygium Crystal Cloaking Device in the prow of the vessel. This allows the Star Destroyer to render itself invisible to both visual and electronic sensors.

WEAKNESSES

• Rear Blind Spot: Like all Imperial warships designs to emulate the ancient Galactic Empire, the Marr-class lacks dedicated weaponry near its engines. A commander should always press the attack, and never retreat unless total defeat is unavoidable.
• Visible Cloaking Device: The cloaking device built onto the ship isn't covered by armor plating or any kind of other physical defense, though the shields that protect the rest of the ship also protect the cloaking device as well.

DESCRIPTION

[member="Darth Ophidia"] had been a valued member of the Sith Brotherhood for as long as the organization had existed, joining the Sith Empire early in its inception and proving her worth as a capable Sith Lord and assassin. Even before the rebirth of the Sith Empire in the Tingel Arm, Ophidia had been a trusted comrade to the current Sith Emperor during their tenure in the One Sith Empire. Both of them had braved the depths of the Dark Lord's laboratory under Coruscant and ended his lunatic rule once it had become clear that his continued existence would bring ruin to the Sith.

To profess his gratitude towards the Queen of Shadows, Emperor Zambrano commissioned the construction of a unique Star Destroyer plucked right off the assembly line of the new Marr-class Star Destroyers. The Emperor teamed up with [member="Darth Saarai"]'s Fa Holdings to refit this chosen destroyer with a Stygium Crystal Cloaking Device mounted in the gutted prow.

Remodeled engine systems, fuel cells, antimatter reactors, and a Gravitic Amplitude Modulator were then piled onto the growing list of technological amplifications to truly set Ophidia's gift apart from its baseline predecessors.
