Reminder the ball starts this afternoon / evening, you are permitted to bring one guest with you they do not have to be members of the participating factions. Nor are you required to bring a guest, you may arrive stag or with a friend and hook up during the event. The following links are provided to give you an idea of the venue to help your narratives, and attached with the links are descriptions of these locations. Please do not post your own music during the ball, the music list provided earlier is going to be the music played as your character hears them in order from opening to close.

• The Courtyard: As your carriages, land speeders or other vehicle arrive they'll pull up to the right of the fountain and exit to the left. Security will be tight as one can imagine, invitations and guest list checked twice. From here you may enter into the vestibule or foyer of the castle where you'll be greeted by a pair of curved stairs and decor that speaks to Galidraan's history. To the left is the gardens and to the right is the ballroom. Above is the Hall of Nobles where washrooms, powder rooms and such may be found. If one remains out in the courtyard they may take a path to the left that will lead to the outdoor dining and bar part of the venue.
• The Gardens: Perhaps a quiet walk is best? You'll still be able to hear the music from the ballroom from here. Gardens are open to the guest to walk and enjoy, there are some secluded alcoves here that may provide some much needed privacy to guests throughout the evening. The gardens does include a path to the outdoor dining and bar area which is located at the rear of the venue.
• The Ballroom: As each guest is announced opposite of this they can see the small orchestra and the 'throne' for the Emperor and his wives. There are two levels to the ballroom the main floor where couples may dance to their hearts content and then the second level where you can rest your feet and where waiters wander with trays of champagne. Waiters are also avaliable to take any drink order, there are small tables provided near the railing so that couples or individuals may peer over and watch the dance floor. The second level has several outlets to private balconies leaving another option for privacy.
• Hall of Nobles: Powder rooms, washrooms and the like can be found here as well as medical staff who are able to tend to any who may need it. The Hall of Nobles tells the story of Blakeslee Falls and the Earls of Tremaine County from their past to present. Guests can take a rest here and admire the history of the estate and the county, fresh up their makeup or take part in gossip and intrigue.
• Outdoor Dining and Bar: Accessible via the gardens or through the courtyard, here a buffet consisting of foods from around the empire along with beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic may be found. If one has a particular dietary concern they need only to seek a waiter who will be able to point them to the right table or fetch whatever it is the guest so desires.

The Ball is in honor of the many recent victories accomplished by the Sith Empire and their allies, again the thread is strictly social. I'll post again a little later today with the IC thread! In the meantime, I hope your characters are getting ready!
