Who Are the Family?
The Family are a group of close-knit individuals dedicated to carryng out the will of the Mother/Father. The intention is to create an atmosphere of personal growth, with less of a focus on competition. Basically, we want to write a really good story using something unique.
What Are Your Goals?
IC, it is to carry out the will of the Mother/Father and ensure personal growth and power.
OOC, it is to create a group of close-knit characters devoted to making sure everybody succeeds in their goals.
How About Long Term Goals?
Self sufficiency. The Family wants to ensure that those under their protection can live their lives in relative peace. So peacekeeping might be another word to use.

What Exactly IS The Will of the Mother/Father?
The growth and well-being of the Family, and all that entails.

(Ranking System applies to both FU and NFU)
Mother/Father- The Head of the Family. The Mother/Father is the unquestioned leader of the Family, and nothing happens without their approval. The Mother/Father can only be replaced after their death, and only by someone they choose sometime before their death. This role can be played by either a PC or an NPC, depending on how the faction members would like to handle it.
Sibling- Siblings are the Family's direct line to the Mother/Father, forming the planning side of the Family. From the war room, they oversee the day-to-day runnings of the Family. It is not uncommon for an area under Family control to be overseen by a Sibling. Siblings address each other with their respective title followed by a new name chosen upon their induction as a Sibling, similar to a 'Darth' name.
Sister/Brother- The Brothers and Sisters of the Family act as warriors, leading the Family from the front line. Brothers/Sisters address their peers by their respective title, followed by their preferred name (Brother/Sister Jenkins, for example). They must address Siblings in the same manner, though Children can simply be called by the title alone.
Child- Children are the lowest rank in the Family. They spend much of their time doing small missions for the Family, such as reconnaissance. Children must address ALL above them with their respective title and name, and must address each other with their title and preferred name.
How Do FU Ranks Apply?
They don't. An apprentice could be a Sibling, and a Master could be a Child. All that matters is what one does, not what they did.
Who Do You Take?
Anybody. A person's life before joining the Family doesn't matter. Once they join, they're one of us, no matter what kind of trouble that brings. We protect our own.
Are You Light Or Dark?
The FU of the Family are permitted to pursue any aspect of the Force they choose, provided they do not use it in a manner that conflicts with the Families goals.
How Do I Get Promoted?
Like in most factions, by being active and involved, and not being a jerk.
How Do You Feel About Other Factions?
If the faction decides that maintaining good relations with a faction is essential to the success of the Family, then that's what we'll do. If it's decided that a faction is antithetical to the Family, then we'll take appropriate actions.
Do You Plan On Going Major?
Maybe. We'll see how it goes.
