The Finer Details

There was a lot of that was needed to be done and Junko had time for that... as well as a few other things. One of which was there as she wore the robes for herself. There was a number of other things that she was wanting to develop for herself without the risk.... Actually as she was thinking about it. That the world where she needed to head had her ship... well the people who were supposed to be fixing up her ship at one of their private hangers where they had failed to return it to her from. She knew there was a jedi location on the planet that was what had brought her to the planet and let her discover them. From there she had paid them good credits to upgrade her ship. Now she was going to return with someone who might have to be able to handle the situation. She was wearing her robes and would be able to test them out in a combat situation her beads and crystals were in her hair piece as she walked to meet the bounty hunter she was working with offering a small bow of her head. "THank you for this."

Kat looked at the strange woman. Truth be told she had never been shown this kind of respect before. It unnerved her. She was used to dealing with criminal types. "Uh, no problem lady...stop bowing you're making me feel awkward." she said to her new companion. She turned and boarded the Event Horizon, the heels of her boots thimping softly. "Welcome aboard" The Davro-class Light Freighter was perfectly suited for her needs. Lots of space for cargo, both legal and illegal, and equipped with enough weapons that she could hold her own. Throw in a pilot of Kat's caliber and you had the making of a smuggler. All Kat was left to find was a new Sub-light drive. Then the ship could really move.

Kat made her way towards the cockpit, seatkng herself in the worn captan's chair. "Co-ordinates?" she asked.

Junko was about to bow to acknowledge she had heard the woman's request and stopped herself. It was fighting against all social protocols she knew but she was able to work with it and provide a number of reasoning's in her head of why the woman didn't want her bowing and that would have to do in this case when she heard the coordinates request bringing out the datapad from under her robes sleeves. "We are headed to Baltimn." She said it while looking at the ship they were in for herself and there was a small look of interest on her face. She liked seeing some of the bigger ships she couldn't lie about that and ones that were not normally seen by the general ones on Atrisia. Or on some of the others like Shri-Tal where they were wanting to work on more of the things they had developed. She wanted to work on a few ships herself before they were scaling up a few of the more interesting things here presenting herself. "This is a very nice ship."

Kat flashed her a grin, "Thanks. She's my pride and joy" she responded, patting the hull affectionately. Kat took the datapad from her client, and began plugging in the co-ordinates, "Baltimn huh? Never heard of it. What's out there?" The console in front of her beeped and a hologram of the planet came to life next to her, slowly rotating. Powering up the atmospheric thrusters, and closing the cargo bay doors, the Event Horizon began to hover above the landing pad.

Junko was looking at her and... "There isn't much, an old jedi structure and a shipyard. I paid the owners of the shipyard to work on a ship and they have decided to keep it. The job is to get information from the jedi databanks we can recover and to handle these people who broke their deal." One of the big things she disliked as she moved around to find a seat securing herself. Junko waited there for a little while though while she could feel the force energies within her robe offering a great time and the small hairpiece she was using for herself with the crystals and force enhancing stones. They would be able to go about their business on the planet and handling those who were trying to steal her ship she would have to handle them the proper way.

"Alright listen here lady. I'm all for being hired to off people, but its gotta be for the right reasons. Them stealing your ship doesn't seem to give me a whole lotta reason to kill them...and since there isn't a bounty out on shipsnatchers..." Kat said, leaning back into her chair as the Event Horizon made its way through the atmosphere.

Junko looked at her. "I never asked for them to be killed, there is a fine line and a lot of lessons that can be learned from a stun shot and leaving a person tied up." She wasn't for the killing but she was rather unopposed to the idea of leaving them tied up with some bith cantina band music playing on loop for several hours.... days... weeks." She didn't have to kill the people before she looked at the girl with a raised eyebrows. "My skills with the force can leave them for a few days imagining they are trapped on a theme park attraction perfectly safe but non the wiser as I take back what is mine. I'd actually prefer you not kill them as they are not evil or doing direct harm to others, just misguided."

Kat couldn't help but grin, "I like your style lady. To Baltimn it is." punching the hyper drive the Event Horizon took off. "Well we have a couple hours before we arrive. Theres some entertainment in the main cabin if you'd like." Kat said, kicking her feet up.

Junko was looking at her with a nod of her head to that. The woman seemed to like her ideas and offered entertainment to pass the time when she spoke clasping her hands in front of herself. "Thank you for that, but I would be a terrible passenger if I did not offer to make sure you are comfortable first. Entertainment should be enjoyed by the captain of a ship for herself as well." Junko remained there before backing away a little and looking at her as she moved. "I am trained in soothing and relaxation techniques like atrisian massage or cooking should you want to enjoy the entertainment and ave some food." Sure it was a strange one eighty but she was the guest and you shouldn't be rude to your host.

Kat couldn't help but look at her in an amused way, "Don't take this the wrong way...but you can cook? I only ask cause you seem to come off as one of those pampered types. Ya know, the ones who had everything done for them cause they were daddy's little princess?" Kat swiveled in her chair as she said this, her arms crossing her chest. This one is interesting she thought to herself.

Junko looked at her and had a grin now. "Just because I have servants and a palace, lots of credits doesn't mean I don't know how to take care of myself. It would be a very unwise decision to not know how to do the most basic of functions on the grounds of being a spoiled brat like I am." Just because she was spoiled and rich and for all intents and purposes a royal brat who got her way didn't mean she didn't have to at least know how to cook her own meals.... If she ever fired all of the servants or something went wrong she would have to handle things herself after all. Plus I have been told my cooking and food is top notch compared to many others and I am the guest here. On your ship, I'd offer you a royal massage if you wanted it to be a good guest."

Kat couldn't help but laugh, "At least your honest with yourself Princess." she said standing up, "Lets put those cooking skills to the test then." she guided the lady to the kitchen and presented her the modest cookig components, "So what do you need?"

Junko was looking at her and laughed just the same as yes she was many things but keenly aware of herself was an important trait to have. It meant you could temper yourself in the right situation or use it to your own advantage. That she used it as she normally did but was aware enough not to just be selfish and high and mighty helped when she entered the kitchen. It wasn't the size she was used to but she could get plenty of food out of it. "Lets get some potato's, tomato juices, ground beef and some veggies. We'll need a large pot and some beef stock for all of it. Then some barley and a little flour." For thickening and such once it was all done as she slid out of her robes mostly to protect them and was wearing an under kimono.

Kat blanched as the Princess spoke. "Meat and veggies I got. I don't have barley...and i got chicken stock..." she replied. Kat wasn't much of a cook. She tried but to be honest it was not what she was good at...she tended fo burn everything, including milk.

Hmm that would have to do and she could work with it. Maybe provide a few other things for them before the jedi princess was in the kitchen ready to begin getting the supplies. "Well that will have to do and we shall make something delicious. The only things you have to do is relax captain and you can stay and watch me walk around the kitchen making you some food in my sarashi and underwear or you can go and relax." She said it as a joke but there was a whole lot to do when she walked over with it beginning to wash her hands to start cleaning and cutting the food for both of them here on the ship. She started offering a look and wondering but staying there in her sarashi so her robe would be clean.

Kat chuckled a little at the joke, "Sure you don't want any help?" Kat offered. It wasn't as if she had anything to do at the moment, so it was either help produce a meal or check her gear for the fourth time that day.

Hmm she could use some help but wasn't exactly certain about it while she was standing there and cocked a hip to the side. "Well I suppose there is nothing wrong with you help. Assuming you have the culinary experience we can use to make this nice and good." She looked at her face for any indication but left the area opened for her to come in and join her. "Though squeeze in here and I'll show you what to do so you can make your own food when I am not here. Don't want a pretty girl like you starving because the processor breaks down." She had the small joke staying there and starting to boil the liquid in the pot while mixing in the stock and juice. She had another one to cook off the food before it would be added.

Kat glared at the woman at the joke. "How do you know I can't cook already?" she asked, moving into the kitchen to help. "Watch!" Kat picked up a knife and a carrot and started chopping. Instead of getting the nice evenly sliced pieces she had been hoping for, she got large chunky pieces instead. Attempting to rectify this she ended up cutting tiny slivers instead. After a moment of staring blankly at the cutting board and her failure of a carrot she flipped the knife, catching it by the blade and handing it to the Princess. "Perhaps you should cook?"

Junko looked at her when she was there and Junko was prepared for some fo the things, to teach her and work with her on her cooking skills before the knife was back in her hand while she flipped it and twirled it a little. "Well the first lesson captain is technique." She motioned for her opening her arm so she could stand there behind the woman with the knife and the cutting board. "You want to first goe lengthwise." She sliced into the carrot splitting it in half so it was flat. "So it will be flat and not roll when you are cutting it." Junko started slicing and measuring it slice by slice until it was in half circles prepared before she put them into the pot when she started with the others. "You don't want to force it but you want to have control and initiative with everything you are doing. Once you got it all done you will be able to cook the best meals."

Don't. Even. Think about it.
Kat stood behind the woman watchong her and listenig to her speak. She had never thought of cutting the carrots length wise to be honest...it made sense now that it was said however. When the words 'control and intiative' were spoken Kat snickered to herself. "If we ever get into a scrap you'll see that 'control and initiative' aren't exactly my thing." she said humorously, "Well at least the control part. I have a lot of intiative...most explosive chaotic initiative but knotiative nonetheless."
