There would literally be no way to actually get any information that would even get someone to know where to start looking for information. She's miles up so no physical description and she's standing on a cloaked ship that she can then just hop back inside and fly away. Any hunter would have 0 to work with.

Indeed, I suspect the Naboo, their noblemen and ladies, the royal family, the Jedi, the Queen of Naboo, the Galactic Alliance and particularly the Gungans will be ecstatic that you are firing blasters into the air and are planning to unload a rocket above the civilian populace!
If there isn't a fundraiser for Bob from Naboo after this thread, who died in an unfortunate accident and left behind seven children, two wives and a doge, I'm going to be unhappy.
