He’d met a few of the Alliance types along the way, and had flown at the back of some missions, but Dax Ragnar hadn’t really found his place. It had done him good to get away for a while, to re-evaluate himself and freshen up both physically and mentally.
There had been some chip on his shoulder, but at the time he didn’t know what with. Maybe not seeing Tionne for a while bugged him, she’d fallen off the radar pretty much. Maybe it was his flying that wasn’t up to scratch. Maybe it was the fact he didn’t know many people yet.
Well, someone had to start somewhere and here he was. Finally he had acquired an official T-70 helmet to wear as part of the Alliance when flying, so he felt a little more involved, with his dark orange flight suit replacing the olive green.
Time to scope things out, see who was who and get his foot in the door again of this movement. At least he knew his way around the Sullust base to wander around taking in the familiar sights, sounds and faces old and new.
