Quite a nice idea for a faction, and it's presented in a way that really appeals to me (and the pictures helped ), and I don't have really any trouble seeing Teroch as part of it either.

I am definitely looking at that "Captain" rank though, seems pretty nice to be in control of a whole planet .

An experienced guy like you won't have a problem earning Captain.
Stick with the Watch, and eventually you'll get a planet; emphasis on eventually.
