The Hermit of Crystalsong

Crystalsong; The Jeweled Forest

There was something truly peaceful about the Forest the aged Zabrak walked through. The warring species of the world never intruded here, mostly because of the rumors of the axe wielding fiend that guarded it. Krest say among the trees by a small fire, a tea kettle resting on the embers as he tended to it, waiting for the water to boil.

He was alone at the moment, just the cackling of fire and the birds in the trees to talk to him. But another was coming. He could feel it. It's why he had two cups.

Naria was still finding out who she was if she did know who she was that is. She had wandered the galaxy not having a clue of who she was, why was she in such a strange place, and where did her path take her. For all she knew, she could have simply been nobody but going through experiment after experiment at the hands of the cold Kaminoen scientists, who had informed her that she had been found under control of the Imperials that had occupied the world, and when she was discovered she had no name, nor any recollection of who or what she was.

Now she had found herself, in search of a Teacher, someone to help her hone her gifts, and the rumors of a man... Someone who had been around during the foundations of the CIS that came before it. It had led her to the quiet world of Crystalsong. Wondering the forests, and guided by nothing but the Force itself, if she dared to believe that or her gut, she supposed that she herself didn't have that many options nor connections that had told her otherwise.

Seeing a fire, and that of a pale-skinned man.. Built as if he was a giant, she approached slowly. Fearful at first and asked him... "Are you the hermit of Crystalsong Sir?" She asked as if she was a child, all but frightened and curious at the same time.

@Krest

"That would be me." Krest didn't look to [member="Naria Varos "]as he spoke, instead continuing to tend the fire. There was a faint whistle of the kettle filling the air as the girl closed in, which the Zabrak casually grabbed to begin pouring the boiled water into the pair of cups. "Would you like some tea?" With his rather large hand he held out the cup, finally looking to the human with a smile.

"It's rare for people to seek me out. I am Krest, might I ask who you are?"
