The hunt for Tracyn Ordo

-- CONCORD DAWN --
The Darkside, a corrupting force that tempted all Jedi and that tried to turn them away from the path of justice and serenity that the Order promoted. Even the mightiest Jedi could succumb to it's power, and the Jedi Council was well aware of that.

Jedi Knight @[member="Tracyn Ordo"] was a fine example, his lightsaber skills and desire to serve the Order and to fight against those who threatened the Republic was remarkable, only a few could match him and a couple could beat him... but events in his life, and a devastating desease send him spinning around in a vortex, straight to the claws of the darkside... and he was not inmersed in it.

For that reason, Master @[member="Carn Dista"] on behalf of the Jedi Council decided to send a small team of Jedi Knights to hunt him down and to bring him towards the whole Council, for him to be redeemed and to join once again the Order like he was trained to do... nevertheless, the task would be hard, but it had to be done.

After a close investigation, the Knights @[member="Saran Drast"], @[member="Vulpesen"] and Vexander Graves managed to track down Tracyn to a planet tied to his roots: Concord Dawn; home of many Mandalorians and birth place of the Mandalorian Crusaders. Once that he was traced to that planet, they were dispatched to complete the mission and to bring him as a Jedi... death or alive...

Saran's Defender, nicknamed Zealot, dropped out of hyperspace and into orbit of Concord Dawn. Waiting for contact from @[member="Vulpesen"] or @[member="Vexander Graves"], she gave her rant to Jacobs one last time. "Don't follow us. Tracyn is dangerous, and the area he's in won't be safe. Try not to die, I still need you to help fly this thing." Smiling despite herself, she added; "Unless you're willing to teach me"
"Nah. This way I have a steady job and a pretty Jedi to order me around. Why should risk losing that?"
"Oh, come on. Just one lesson?"
"Maybe. After we leave here." He couldn't help but smile. She was willing and eager to learn, but he wanted to stay her pilot. He liked the job. After all, how often does one get an offer to ferry a Jedi around, have great adventures like escaping slavery, and get a good, steady paycheck to boot? No way he was giving up this job.
"Oh, and Jacobs? One last thing. Don't call me pretty."
"As you wish."

@[member="Tracyn Ordo"]

Vulpesen's Paladin followed behind @[member="Saran Drast"], slipping through the skies at an easy pace. Tapping into the com channel, Vulpesen announced his presence to the others. "Torrevaso here on this wonderful day, and how is everyone might I ask?" He was aware of the serious nature of the mission. He had faught by @[member="Tracyn Ordo"]'s side at least once and he could attest to the power and ferocity with which the fallen jedi could fight. Fighting Ordo was VERY low, on his to do list. If he could talk the mando down, things would be a bit better and keeping the mood light was one of the ways that Vulpesen kept himself relaxed for talking. The way he saw it, a tense negotiator always made for tense negotiations which could easily lead to conflict.

@[member="Carn Dista"]

"Graves here... all systems are operational..." said the young man in his normal military tone "...and it really seems to be a wonderful day" said at the moment he noticed the lack of politeness he expressed in his first sentence. Even as a Jedi Knight, it was hard to teach that "old dog" new tricks... but he was improving a bit.

Vexander's X-wing served as the team's fast escort, it stood ready in the back of the squad. And it actually fitted the situation as a whole since Vex knew that @[member="Tracyn Ordo"] was an unpredictable Jedi.... and know that with the darkside fueling his violence, he would be deadlier... Perhaps his approach to face Tracyn was not the best course of action... Luckly, Vex brought his sniper rifle to provide cover while the other two attempted to redeem, and he could take the shoot to disable the fallen Jedi.

The mission provided by Master @[member="Carn Dista"] heeded the Jedi to redeem their brother, and the Jedi creed urged them to seek that option first... it was even provided to Sith, so it had to be provided to their own with all their strenght. But the actual and complete approach would be determined later on.

The ships were closing in to the location where they thought Tracyn was hiding, and they would be past the atmosphere of the planet soon. Turning once again at the com channel that they all shared, Vex decided to speak again "Based on the intel we have..." which was actually limited "...we might need to ask a lot in the local population, although mandalorians are not fond to give in one of their own, a mandalorian Jedi is not quite common even in this parts, we might find a couple of leads..."

The former super commando's eyes gazed upwards at the sky. He didn't need a visual confirmation, the fact that he was touched by the force could tell him. There were two familiar presences, ones that had been near him before, and a new one. Still, they all seemed together, so it was obvious that they were coming after him. He blinked upwards, and then shut the screen door behind him. He had used a pseudonym to rent the small house at the edge of his family's farm, which, pained him more than he cared to admit. It was sad that he had to use an identity to take shelter on the Ordo family farm. Tracyn paced back and forth on the porch, before he took in a deep breath. Solitude. He wanted to be left alone, he had made it clear when he almost killed Thurion of that fact. He stared upwards at the sky, and then he screamed.

It resonated through the air, disturbing any of those within a radius. More importantly, it disturbed those with the force. To those with the force, it would be akin to having a jet come shooting past your ear, but that wasn't the devastating effect. It was the emotional baggage that came with it. It was hate, pure hate. Pure rage, pure anger. It would seep into their souls, their essences within the force, and since it was his own, they could easily brush it off, and the emotion was his own. It was more of a release and a message than a method to deter. He was giving them a chance.

Leave.
Me.
Alone.

Which was the intent of the scream, to shatter their willpower against fighting him. He went back inside, and slipped on his crushgaunts, and then paused to take a gander at his armor. His. He had earned it. And it would serve him well in the coming fight. He pressed the forearm guard to his arm, and then rolled his neck. He would start to prepare for their arrival, and hopefully, if they were smart, they'd come, talk, and leave. Otherwise, this would get very ugly for everyone involved.

Vulpesen's eyes widened and Ace jumped as he reacted to the communication. "We need to get him help." The pain and hatred was like none Vulpesen had ever felt for more than a few moments. Still, he would never leave @[member="Tracyn Ordo"] to such darkness alone. He would do whatever he could to get him back to the light, and he could only hope that Tracyn would forgive him if either of the two got a bit bruised during the process.

Tapping into the com signals, Vulpesen spoke to the others. "I think we might be able to find him through that force pulse." Calling to power of the force, Vulpesen did his best to find the fallen jedi, trying to track him down through the communication. Not many Mandalorians could use the force, and Tracyn was quite strong in it. Given a little time, Vulpesen was fairly sure he could find the light in the darkness.

A huge howl through the Force that seemed a lot like a darkside power known as Force Scream, a manifestation of the Force created by a being and fueled by different feelings... in this case, the anger was more than palpable to the three Jedi.

Vexander knew this power and he also knew that Tracyn could use it... everything pointed out to the fact that he was the one that caused such tremor in the Force that could be felt in the atmosphere. You didn't have to be a detective to notice something like that, it was almost obvious.

"You are right Torrevaso, he needs help... even if we can't provide him such help, we might be able to bring him towards the Council" the Knight didn't know if they could do something, he knew that they already tried something to remove the taint of the darkside and it didn't work, but something else had to be done "...we need to stay together no matter what, and we need to move wisely..."

"Hello, Torrevaso. It would be one, I imagine. Without our current heading." The Miraluka replied to @[member="Vulpesen"]. "We may need to..." Saran fell to her knees. Demoralize? It did more than that. It HURT. The comm went dead. And Saran's presence dwindled. She was withdrawing, pulling inward, and forcing back the pain. It worked, at least enough that she could get back up. As the others talked, she slowly stood, letting herself go back to normal. "Yeah. Sounds good." She said weakly.
"Are you all right, miss?" Jacobs asked her.
"Not entirely."

@[member="Saran Drast"] @[member="Vulpesen"]

Vexander decided to go straight to the vicinity where the Force Scream was generated... Oddly enough, although there was a limited amount of Force users, the presence and trace of the one that caused the scream, which they suspected was @[member="Tracyn Ordo"]; dissappeared.

In order to find the exact location, the corellian Knight took his ship to a settlement and started to ask a few questions about the man.

As expected, little information was shared with the team, it seemed like if the clan Ordo was a highly respected clan with a huge and rich history among the Mandalorias, still; the small amount of intel provided didn't inform the arrival of any new mandalorian or former mandalorian with the name Ordo... but some of the locals did informed Vexander about a certain Silas Eryn.

"Silas Eryn..." said the young man while heading back to his X-Wing "...it does sound familiar, I have seen that name somewhere... perhaps if we look into the records?" asked Vexander to the rest of the Jedi Team, focused more in the Force to detect anything odd instead of actually trying to recall that name from where he has seen it.

Vulpesen did his best to follow Tracyn's force signature while Ace looked up any connections the ex-jedi might have to the planet. It was fairly easy to find the Ordo property with the combination of the two tactics. Before long, the jedi was circling the area near the farm, refusing to get too close without the rest of the team. "I think I've got him. What's the plan and what do we know?" He would prefer to drop down first and speak, but he figured he would let the others speak first. After all, he had only found the property, perhaps his friends might know a bit more useful information. @[member="Vexander Graves"] @[member="Tracyn Ordo"] @[member="Saran Drast"]

@Tracyn Ordo @Saran Drast

The young man followed @[member="Vulpesen"], eventually leading to a place where the Ordo farm was located. He met with his fellow Knights and proceeded to talk to them about the situation since they needed a plan, just as his fellow already proposed.

"We should definetely have a word... I might be able to stay behind and provide Sniper cover. But in a lightsaber fight... we should all be together..." Vexander pondered for a moment "we better go and face him directly all three of us together."

Tracyn saw them, before they saw him. They were either going to talk, or coming to bring him in. He sat on the stairs to the small house, curious family members looking at the hill. He saw the glint of his binoculars, ones that weren't digital. A rarity, but a reliable rarity. He turned his head towards the glint, his hate-filled eyes shooting daggers back at the observer, one of his younger brothers, Siv. He stared at the young, blonde-haired boy before he looked downward, tapping his lightsaber and his crushgaunts on his armored knees. His helmet lay beside him, and he eagerly awaited the arrival of the Jedi.

For their sake, he hoped they come to talk.

@[member="Tracyn Ordo"] @[member="Vulpesen"] @Sarah Drast

The Knight saw the human being that was seated in a house in the middle of the farm that was their target. Based on the observation skills that the Jedi had as a sniper, he noticed that the man was expecting them. And no wonder why, he previously sent them a warning before landing through the Force... he knew they would come...

Vexander didn't reach for his weapons or anything at all, still; he approached the Mandalorian Jedi with care but without desire to fight... as first option. The now Jedi Knight stood before one of his former peers and bowed his head slightly.

"Tracyn Ordo... Jedi Knight of the Order... you left without explanation whatsoever." said with his normal monotone and expressionless tone that reflected his neutral demeanor hard to read.

Saran walked slowly, keeping far enough back that she wouldn't be noted as with the others. Her sabers were hanging off her belt, and that alone got her a multitude of looks. She hoped that she didn't have to use them, all things considered, as they would do no more than a wooden stick against mandalorian iron. Still, it was better than nothing. But how would she be useful in the fight, should it come to that? This was her chance to redeem herself after her failure on Dac, but she wondered what she was good for here. Hopefully, it didn't come to that.

As @[member="Vexander Graves"] approached, she hung back. Close enough to give any needed support, but far enough away as to not threaten @[member="Tracyn Ordo"] with her presence.

"As I recall, I don't need to give an explanation. It's the Jedi, not an army or a militia. Now...you all are going to get the hell off my property before I send you all home in casts, or body bag."

Tracyn snapped back at Vexander. He cared little about what the Jedi wanted. He was his own man now, and truth be told, his power was at an all-time high, but at the same time, at a terrible cost to his humanity. It was showing in his features, he was more aggressively leaning now, his face was fixed into a permanent scowl.

"Who sent you?" He reached to his shoulder armor, removing a knife that had recently been lodged in the body of Thurion. He stared at the Jedi, awaiting to hear their comments on why the hell they were here.

@[member="Vexander Graves"] @Vulpesen@Saran Drast

The Jedi Knight looked at Tracyn. Such defiance, such strong feelings and completely uncontrolled... if he was taking his first steps in the darkside before, know he was deep in the darkness... there was no need to feel the Force to notice that.

Vexander didn't even flinched at his comments or threats, regardless of his power; the corellian knight was determined to complete his duty.

"We decided to come on our own." and it was true, they voluntereed for the mission "Is not pleasant to see a brother stray from the correct path..." the Jedi remained calmned, there was no trace that he would draw his blade... although the possibility was always present "...true, you do not need to give explanations; but we are bound by honor to the Order. Have you forgotten what honor is?" perhaps he was being slightly aggresive on his words, but he had to be blunt for him to understand "Just look yourself in the mirror and tell me that you haven't changed... and if you tell me that is for the better you are even lying yourself"

Tracyn rolled his eyes at Vexander."Don't make me explain to you the irony of calling the Jedi at the moment honorable...And I have changed. And I feel right at ease, now that you mention it. I feel like I'm finally where I need to be, where I've always was going to be. I just accepted a truth."The conversation took an even darker tone.

"Nobody bothered to remove my access to the Jedi files and reports, I saw the dossier on me and the mission. You're not taking me in. So I suggest you, pack up, and leave. Before I kill you."

Finally, Vulpesen stepped up, moving just in front of @[member="Vexander Graves"] and before Tracyn, fixing him wit a serious but not quite glaring look. "My friend, please listen to yourself. You threaten death without us taking violence? You are right, this is a mission to take you back. Yet, we did not lie. We came of our free will. No matter what the wishes of the order, my reasoning is not for seeing you as a threat, but seeing you as loss. You have seen the destruction of the dark side and don't you dare try tell me that you fail to see that destruction within yourself." His hands were kept apart and his robes closed around hi saber. it was a sign of trust and hope. He wasn't stupid enough to keep himself away from the ability to escape an attack and thus his feet were firm on the ground, but he was fairly sure that he wouldn't need such maneuvers. Not yet at least. "You and I have fought together. Please, let us continue to do so and not change to fighting against each other for that is the last thing I wish for. What good is power if it leads to losing all else you have attained?"

@[member="Tracyn Ordo"]

@[member="Vulpesen"] @Sarah Drast @[member="Tracyn Ordo"]

Vexander allowed Vupesen to speak up. Afterall, the corellian Knight was bad with words... and in fact, he felt that he should have stayed in the back all along.

Nevertheless, there were three of them and he had to play a part in the redemption of Tracyn... the redemption that he hoped they would achieve. Such a wonderful Jedi Knight of the Order straying from the lightside... a shame indeed.

The corellian Knight looked at the Mandalorian "Search your feelings Tracyn... we are not here to fight you, we are here to leave with our brother, the Knight."

Blessed are the peacemakers
Tracyn stood up, the weight of his armor and his body creaking the aging wood. Tracyn glared at each of them, twirling the Beskar knife in his hands. He stared at Vexander for a long time, before his eyes moved towards the others. The knife turned downwards in his hands, the black metal closing in around his tattooed grip. He sneered at the Jedi before him.

"You will be leaving with no one. You came with nothing, and you will leave with nothing. I won't ask again- leave. Or I will not hesitate to make sure you all don't go from this place whole."
