GENERAL INFORMATION
• Unit Name: Imperial Guard

• Affiliation: The Jen'ari Empire

• Classification: Guards/Enforcers

• Description: The Imperial Guard is strictly non force users that were extremely well trained in combat. They were deathly loyal to the Emperor due to them being mind controlled. Their minds are dominated and wills are broken to serve the Emperor without hesitation or question.

COMBAT INFORMATION: Although rather handy with a blaster they were extremely well trained in melee combat proving a serious challenge against most Sith and Jedi.

• Combat Function: When in ranged combat they will use blasters if needed, but they will always try and get close enough for melee combat where they are extremely trained in. They often take defensive strategy waiting for the right moment to take charge and attack to kill their enemy.

Strengths:
* Melee Masters: They are extremely well trained in melee combat making them a serious challenge for most Jedi and Sith.
* Deathly Loyal: Due to mind dominance, the Imperial Guard knows nothing of fear and will fight in any situation to protect the Emperor.

Weaknesses:
• Ranged Combat: The Imperial Guard are trained with blasters, however they lack serious skill causing them to suffer in ranged combat.
* Deathly Loyal: Due to mind dominance, the Imperial Guard knows nothing of fear and will fight in any situation to protect the Emperor, which could put them in situations they cannot handle.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Imperial Guard was created by the Sith Emperor Vitiate to serve as his personal guards and enforcers. The guard was entirely composed of non force users from the most skilled within the Imperial Military and then their minds dominated and wills broken to be deathly loyal to Vitiate. They were extremely skilled in melee combat to the point that even some of the Dark Council members feared them due to their combat prowess. The guard was willing to lay down their lives regardless of the situation to protect the Emperor.

Today, now that Vitiate's Reconstituted Sith Empire is in the hands of Darth Vyrassu, Vyrassu has reestablished the Imperial Guard for the same purpose as Vitiate once had and as well only picking the very best non force users in the Imperial Military, dominating their minds and breaking their wills.
