• Description: These guards are identical to the Red Royal Guards except inverted colors and Lightsaber Pikes instead of Force Pikes.


COMBAT INFORMATION: The Shadow Guards are trained in lightsaber combat, hand to hand combat, and ranged/blaster combat. They are force sensitive. Their abilities in the force are as listed:
* Force Lightning
* Telekinesis
* Force Repulse
* Force Speed
* Telepathy
* Force Jump
* Force Sense
* They lack most other force abilities.

• Combat Function: The Shadow Guards are forbidden conversation with anyone less than the following: Grand Moff, Grand Admiral, The Dark Council, The Emperor. The only time the guards fight is in defending The Emperor or The Dark Council. For basic defense they keep their cloaks on and use the pikes and force peers. For heavy combat they'll result to removing the robes for more free movement and use their full arsenal of their blaster, lightsaber Pike, grenades, force powers and hand to hand combat abilities. They never go for a wounding attack unless ordered to, they always try and kill. These guards are forbidden to ever discuss anything they hear, even among each other. Failure in this results in execution.


Strengths:
+Have phrik armor making them extremely resistant to lightsabers & Blasters.
+Armor is coated with reflec warping the signal of scanners and radars.
+Has a personal cloaking device that renders user invisible for a short period.
+Is highly trained to use certain force abilities.
+Is highly trained in 3 Lightsaber combat forms and unarmed combat.
+They are undying loyal to the Jen'ari Emperor and would die for him

Weaknesses:
-thighs are not protected, and elbows are un protected.
-Red visor makes them visible from a distance even at night
-Don't do well as infantry therefore cannot be deployed as such.
-has narrow view of sight due to visor size
-They do not do well in lightsaber combat against multiple combatants
-They are not trained to defend against force powers


HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Jen'ari Imperial Shadow Guards have been established since 240 ABY. They were formed to protect the Jen'ari Sith Emperor and the Dark Council. Each guard was hand selected by the Dark Council and the Emperor from the The Jen'ari Sith Marauders. After which they would go through a very long and extremely tough training regime to ready them for their new jobs. To this day the Jen'ari Imperial Shadow Guards are still in use and are very fearsome warriors that are deathly loyal to The Jen'ari Empire.
