"I have come to the Fringe because I would rather learn to lead my people from a stable government, rather than ones that are constantly at war." He didn't think he needed to say he was speaking of the Republic. "I should hope that the Fringe outlasts many more generations of Empires, I would hate to have chosen badly for the future of my people."

His smile was completely white.
