Description:
Clan Prahl's origin is modest as a smaller clan of a maybe half dozen warriors but many more in service as tradespersons. Historically they resided outside the main city sector of Sundari on Mandalore. Clan Prahl for the majority were tradespeople and farmers in times of peace who regularly took in Foundlings and worked in the Agriculture Zones in a traditional homestead. Practicing the Resol'nare, and rearing youth in the way of the warrior. Their work in Sundari's forges reflected upon their Clan's symbol, the triple hammers.

The Fall Of Mandalore spelled the near destruction of the Clan. The skies burned a hellish red and the attack from the Sith Empire was swift-encompassing the whole planet. The Clans from the local communities rallied in defense including all of the abled bodies of Clan Prahl. The local Clans organized a select few young verd, prioritizing seeing their youth out of the battlezone and tasking them with getting off the planet. Fleeing the countryside for the Industrial Zone for an out of service gunship. Sith Imperial forces had already swept through the urban center and the city was being shelled. Though their escorts fell in desperate escape, the last of Clan Prahl's youth managed to escape.

Clan Prahl had few survivors that day and were scattered across the Outer Rim for the majority of the rising movements and wars against the Sith Empire. Beocca, the previor Alor to the clan during that era had survived with a few remnants from the Agg. district would create ties with the new Imperial movement. Whilst unknowingly her children sheltered and ultimately served alongside the Son's of Mandalore until reunited. Clan Prahl would begin a new era in ship services and supplying the growing war machine until the greater purpose and Imperial machine, too finally died out. Thus the call to return to Mandalore started and they heeded. As a whole they are a group of people who have weathered the violence of the Sith and changing political climates. The Clan has always valued justice and hard work first. The adherence to the resol'nare and tradition seen in their beskar'gam, shades of black, orange, and red more prevalent. As they reestablish themselves time will tell if they will stick to their roots.

Traits:

  • Skilled Trades People : Clan Prahl has always favored hard skills over producing exceptional warriors for better or worse. The Clan originated on Sundari before the fall in the mid 850's by Sith incursion, long had they served in the capital's forges and worked in engineering. They have more Beskar hammers to pass down from generation to generation than Beskar'gam. They have filled support roles of society in many different fields.
  • Foundlings Are The Future : A greater majority of the Clan is comprised of Foundlings, and every other generation seems to switch blood. Given their non combative focus in years prior, supporting an environment for younglings has been easier for rearing.
  • Little Renown: The downside to being the last to fight is fewer feats of notability, everyone needs armor and tools repaired in turbulent times but no one is likely to sing you praise for it. Some of the Clan might huff about being humble and steadfast, but to the greater majority Clan Prahl are no battlefield masters.
  • Community Focused : It's difficult thing to consider one's self peaceful amidst a warrior like culture but Clan Prahl has always promoted that more Mandalorians alive, aside from truly heretical dar'manda, should be the goal. Their people have come to the brink many time over, and useless infighting in favor of exacting justice on their true enemies will only repeat ruin. Rivalries have their time and place but the stories of Old Mandalore at it's height, it's great games, and the livable surface that Mandalore once hosted still lives in Clan Prahl's hearts. The Old Ways has been twisted to suit each and every upstart's own whims but a self sufficient Mandalore, one supporting it's people and likewise it's people living the Resol'nare is an ideal held by the Clan. Unless there is truly good reason to shun another, Clan Prahl is considered rather friendly to most Mandalorians.
Stance on the Neo-Crusaders:
  • Aligned, Neutral
  • The Neo-Crusade is but another faction of Mandalorians as a whole who run the risk of sputtering out like a light at any given time and are fueled by fanatics. Clan Prahl's youth have voted in favor of the movement for one reason or another, though their elders, tentative of the idea hold some hope that they will maintain a strong Mandalore for more then a generation. The majority see it as high time for revenge for the last half a century of violence paid unto them by the Sith alike.
