Let Me Push That Button

Kurt wasn't really much of a betting man, not usually anyway.
He'd done it once or twice in his life of course, visiting a casino, betting on the pod-races, things like that. It wasn't like he was a gambling addict or anything like that, not at all. He generally preferred to know what he was betting on, thinking that plain games of chance were...well a tad too easy to lose. Kurt simply liked to know what he was getting into before he actually placed the bet, liked to know what could happen. That was why more often than not he bet on things like the pod-races, something that he could analyze and look at, something that he could at least marginally understand.
Shockboxing?
Shockboxing was one of those things.
Oh he knew next to nothing about it. He knew the rules, he knew that the two fighters entered the ring, and that was about it, but it was something that he could at the very least analyze. The fight set before him now for instance he could at least somewhat understand. There were two women, one looking rather butch and the other more diminutive, both of them looked like they had seen nine hells and neither of them appeared like they wanted to lose.
Kurt of course had bet on the smaller of the two women, something that most would not have guessed or even thought of doing. The truth was thought that The Courier enjoyed an underdog story, and if the smaller woman won? Well more credits for him in the long run. So as the match began Kurt wandered over to the side of the ring, his eyes locking on the small woman that he had bet on.
