If this message has arrived on your proverbial doorstep, then you may very well be considered one of the best slicers, bounty hunters, or information finders in the galaxy. If you are not, then consider this a chance to become one of the galaxy's finest.
My name is unimportant. My reasons are my own. My credits, however, are very, very good.
I require any and all personal information on the CEOs or Leaders of a few companies currently in operation in the galaxy. The list is attached at the end of the message. I desire all information on the individuals in question. The better the secrets, the higher the price. Bring me a list of their favorite colors and walk away disappointed. Bring me a list of their lovers, their family homes, their quiet places of seclusion, their most cherished possessions, their skeletons in the closet... you'll walk away very, very rich.
Any information is to be sent to the location given. Any attempt to track the information will be met with disappointment. Any attempt to find myself or my affiliates will be met with hostility. The credits will be placed within the account you have given us with the data within 24 hours of receiving the information.
As both a bonus and to reassure that my credits are as I say they are, included in this message is a small stipend of ten thousand credits. Consider it payment up front for future services rendered.
Keep in mind, I'll be keeping tabs on who takes the stipend. Those who take the money and run won't be running long.

It was just five minutes before the message made its way onto the desk of the Spymaster. One of the private contractors they kept on the payroll had forwarded it on for a token fee. They has been summarily warned against taking up the contract against any against companies in ASA space.
Raziel skimmed through the summary from ACS. The message had used a high grade commercially available cryptography. As there had been no offline key exchange it meant there had to be some form of asymmetrical key exchange using a publically available method. These were the kind that ACS churned thought for a light snack before lunch, if necessary. Raziel assumed the source would be some public cloud server or other, but he sent a request for ACS to investigate anyway.
Raziel looked through the list of companies. It was extensive to say the least. A low blow too, targeting the CEO’s of major corporation, rather than working through the usual list of coercion, infiltration, cyber-attacks in an attempt to compromise a rival business or conduct intellectual property theft.
Odd too, Raziel mused. A CEO was somewhat…disposable. They reported to the board of directors and could be replaced if they started acting outside of the best interests of the company. Finding personal information on such public figures was essentially child’s play. No, Raziel found gaining influence over a company’s system administrators garnered much better returns. Why bother a CEO, when you can have the keys to the company’s back door?
Still, he supposed this was one of those occasions when he should actually do his job, and work for the benefit of the ASA, instead of furthering his own goals.
He opened his Grey terminal and started to tap out a message:
Inform all corporations listed within the Techno Union, and those with major holdings in out space of this development. Seems like background noise in the field of corporate espionage to me, but please note the strangely personal nature of the threat.
Inform them that should they wish to discuss their personal security matters that they should get in touch with ASA Investigations as soon as possible. Have a team of cyber security experts and a personal security detail ready to provide assistance. If they so wish, give them a recovery beacon.
Exfiltration teams are to be placed on standby at all cell locations. Ensure law enforcement are aware of potential threat.
