Invasion The Reckoning [Invasion of Empress Teta: Mandalorians vs One Sith]

Location: Rooftops

Objective: Kill the hot queen. *fans self*

Ava wanted very much to be back home, home where she could hunt and not have the hunted come flying at her. Instead, her current prey seemed to have taken offence at her earlier shots, Ava couldn't possibly imagine why and even as the bong wench descended upon her, she felt her lips curl into a grin. [member="The Hydra Queen"] caught her and aggressively redirected her intended flight pattern, pulling her sharply out of the way of those shots fired at the jet pack.

As for [member="Tylan Toarinar"], he would also find his lightsaber striking the roof where Ava had been seconds before. That is of course what happened when you tried to strike at something, someone had already laid claim to. Jet pack ineffective, she deactivated it. There was a brief tangle of limbs as Ava tried to escape the iron grip, one of her pistols skittered away from her before the pair came to rest at [member="Smeg"]s stinking feet. "Hello cyar'ika." she said with a flirty smile, before bring her remaining pistol round to crack across the womans temple in an attempt to dislodge her.

OBJECTIVE: Destroy Bral.

Having reported the Bral as destroyed, Orin was soon blasted by hundreds of reports countering his statement, suggesting that the Bral was either still operational or there were more than one. Frustrated at the sheer idea of having failed in a task, Orin did the only rational thing a Sith Commander in his position would do.

"Halt your walkers, activate additional heatsinks. Divert shield power if you have to," he began over the Guard's private frequency. Beeps and clicks followed this, the sounds of his own crewmen adjusting their settings. "Relaying a square grid to your holomaps. This grid needs to be obliterated.

Prepare to fire."

The sound of gears grinding and circuitry whirring accompanied the canon as it adjusted its aim. Then, silence filled the command room for a brief moment.

"Fire."

At once, the four walkers unleashed salvo after salvo of proton canon rounds into the city, all aimed at the designated square grid. They continued to fire, tearing through duracrete buildings and cutting down infrastructure like butter. They could take out starships, buildings were no match. As the canons continued to fire, sending shockwaves flying in the immediate area and causing the ground to quake, the walkers began to vent heat. Hot air blasted out of red hot heatsinks, frying unlucky birds that were trying to escape the shockwaves and immense noise. It was a beautiful sight.

OBJECTIVE: Destroy Bral.

Well, no one could say the Guard weren't dedicated to their job.

The Sith Lord known as Darth Junra had stated the vehicle was somewhere in this vicinity. Who were they to question that assessment. So to ensure that the vehicle, which was apparently better at hiding than they had thought was eliminated, they decided it was best to destroy this portion of the city. After all, if the city was leveled, where was left to hide?

With all the collapsing buildings and rubble and powerful resonating strikes even something underground would likely be destroyed, especially given that at this point the Proton Cannons of the AT-AW's were simply firing. Several shots hit the ground, several struck buildings, each one however was within the grid pattern Orin had laid out.

The Proton Cannons fired, and endless rumble of powerful guns.

Stars would light Hydra’s eyes.

That’s what happened when a sharp line of the hot slug would sear a line and tear scalp and insect like tresses from the root, chipping the bone of her skull and sending fragments of it raining down upon [member="Ava Lok"].

The sudden jerk of her head was the only thing that saved her head from being blown, but she wasn’t about to risk her prize from moving from under her. Not yet.

Her right hand would grab at the wrist holding the pistol, intending to slam it down on the ground for it to scatter away as the woman straddled the Mandalorian. Her carapace like torso, covered in vong crab armor, would lean up as her clawed left hand would shove at the woman’s chest hard, reaching up to grab at her throat, using her body’s weight to keep her down.

Just as he pocketed his own glob of stinking body matter new action literally rolled in front of his slouched and rotund form. He looked like a sad potato. A furry sad potato. With trousers, and a little sword. The Potato of War! The Potato of Filth! King Potato!

He observed the sexy catfight before him for a second, almost tempted to just sit and play perverted spectator.

But his time was now. Smeg was chosen, he had been set up for this moment in time, this was his purpose, this was why when he demanded to be made stronger that Tsavong granted him the gila stomach.

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRKKK!

With the hairball dredged up, the passageway was clear. His stomach heaved, maw hanging open as he shifted towards his prey, who was hopefully pinned to the ground by his beloved Queen. Smeg surged, the potent bile burning it's way upwards through his system, reaching up to his throat. A wicked combination of the Vongspawn Virus and microbial Surge Coral, this wasn't just your average vomit.

HHHOOARRRRAAAAAGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

The vomit literally burst forth in a wide spray, splattering outwards in force towards the woman's exposed head, although really given the diameter of the spray and Smeg's closeness to her, it would be likely that she would be wearing the infectious vomit like a ballgown of bile, complete with tiara accessory.

The hot new look for this year.

Objective: Survive onslaught. Commence counter-attack.

Preliat felt a crushing sensation in his knee, as the Beskar'kandar was being manipulated by an outside force. However, whatever focus he had on breaking the hold on his knee, and whatever focus the Sith would have on him, was interrupted when he was tossed to the side after an explosion of blunt force hit his leg. He looked around, plasma destroying whatever emplacements and forces he had. So he was on his own. He landed at the far edge of the building, saved from a smashed knee but getting smashed in the leg. His heavy (very heavy) armor saved him from being mutilated by the leg hit, in fact, the Beskar'kandar was probably going to save him during the fight. He stared at the Sith before him, and the Field Marshal used his spear to stand up. He stood.

He stood before two Sith lords, and a Vong elite caste warrior. All powerful in their own rights.

Preliat watched as the Blorash jelly landed, where he was on the building. With his free hand, he removed his Westar-34, and casually shot the creature, disintegrating it for the most part. He turned back to face the Sith and the Vong. He twirled the spear around, and planned to use the counterweight as well as the pointy end of the spear. His crushgaunt-adorned hand freed itself from his spear for a moment, tucking it under his arm. There was a calm, as the Vong troops were unsure to attack the Mandalorian or let him continue. Preliat slowly removed his helmet, setting it above his head. He stared at [member="Azal"] for a while before speaking.

"Come and get your glory like a warrior."

He turned to @Darth Mieren and her accomplice who had, unknown to Preliat, tried to attack him. He balanced out on his right leg, due to his left leg almost being crushed. As he spoke, he readied the spear.

"Come and test your might as Sith against a real warrior, unless you are a coward and want to try more tricks on me."

And with that, he pulled his helmet down, the archaic design speaking wonders for the savagery and the tenacity of the man. It clicked back into a seal with a lock and a hiss.

He watched the City fly past. He saw the Herglic Sith stood on a... Well he didn't know what it was. "There, Master." Mala noted quickly, watching the Mandalorians open fire. "Quickly." he added to the end of his first sentence, a tone of urgency in his voice. A bellow ripped the air. "Nevermind then... He's... Got it covered."

A red tide of bullets erupted down one of the streets, infact, most of the streets. The Mandolorians clearly don't care about missing their targets.

Objective: Watch and Learn

Much of the fighting had resulted in rooftop skirmishes. Sidi found herself among the madness, a deactivated hilt in her grasp. It was a long-handle, and nothing of note. A simple grip adorned the long cylindrical tube, and the button for ignition. Simple tastes for a simple woman. She shoved her way from rooftop to rooftop, marching towards what could be deemed the frontline, but in a unique war zone such as this, it was pure chaos. There was no telling what was going on, even from her advantage point. Explosions tore through the city, and Sidi wondered when a few buildings would begin to tumble. She glanced left and spied a gathering of Sith, Sidi moved towards the edge of the building she stood upon. She watched; perhaps she could learn something from this fight.

Morningstar watched the Mandalorin closely, he took noticed of the twin blades in her hands especially the smaller one in her other. This reminded him of his fight with the jedi alexandra. When she went in to attack Morningstar quickly reacted he moves his other hand out of the range of the small blade , if she ever went to reach for it all he had to do was to hit her hand with his saber . He then focuses on her other blade, he goes to block it while using his saber.

"I must admit for a schutta you have some skill it is an same i must kill you, you would have made an good trophy to present to my master."

She looked down waiting for the fight to begin, the dark lord of the sith versus mandalore. It would determine, how the war would proceed. If mandalore won in fair fight, her honour would force her to bow before mandalore. Though if mandalore was killed, would the mandalorians do the same thing. This was the question in her head, she doubted it. They would probably come up with excuse why they should not, just out of sheer hatred of her people.

Then she saw a group mandalorians fighting their way through to their position, she new they try to over run the dark lord. So she turned to commander of the fury, and told him Lay down fire in front of those mandalorians, do not kill them. They may be valuable witness, when our dark lord takes down mandalore. He looked at her puzzled, he wound why not just turn them into mince meat. Why not just kill them, they are our enemy after all. She turned to him, and looked him dead in the eye. I said fire warning shots, if they don`t take a hint then we kill them. We are not the sith empire, we don`t kill for fun! She was annoyed by him questioning her orders, and her voice reiterated it. Yes my lord. He then complied with out a hesitations, he fired at the very front of mandalorians lines. He did not fire into them but across them. She hoped they would not advance any further, as if they did she have no choice but to fire proton torpedoes at them. Then their would be carnage.

Sero doubled over for a second, it felt like something or someone had punched him in the stomach, but what? He looked down to see an arrow protruding from just above his waist line, where did that come from? He scanned the battlefield and found the culprit.

“Karking echuta!” he spat, he grabbed the attention of a few of his crimson reapers and began laying down a barrage of fire directed at the girl in a outward-inward pattern to cut down on her chances of escaping the bolts.

Objective: Show the errors in his ways.

Never show a weakness when you were dealing with two Sith Lords and also have a couple of Elite Vong Warriors tailing your ass. The only result you would be achieving was… well… I ain’t gonna describe it, but trust me when I say that it isn’t pretty at all.

Moment the Mando removed his helmet I redirected the flow of the Force around his head. Hoping to squeeze it to pulp, it would be ridiculous to assume that a Sith Lord would wait and listen to a guy’s rambling when there was an opportunity to attack.
‘There is no Glory in Battle, only Blood. Yours, to be exact.’

If for some illogical reason the Mando managed to return the helmet onto his head, in the split second it took to gather the Force and wrap it around his head... then the helmet would be crushed with his head inside of it. Ain't really a pleasant thing, I will tell you.

She saw her enemy ship being churned up by her fire, and began to nose dive. As it did she picked up more friends, well she thought they where. After all they mandalorian fighters, then opened fire on her they caught her by surprise. Her shields where almost churned up immediately, and she said loud Oh Feth. What was going on these guy`s where meant to be fighting with us. Went through her mind at same time.

She looked around for some where to go, before her shields dropped to zero. She saw a large building front of her, their only one thing for it. She fired her gun`s, breaking open a gap in the building to fly into. As she flew in she dropped her bombs, on the out side. Whilst she carried on firing, the bombs hit side the building, causing it to collapse as she flew though it. Only sheer force of luck did she make it to the other side. Where she eject her self from the fighter, as it was about to crash into another building........

While Carach went for the head, Mierin simply went for the Mandalorians entire body.

Of course she could have said something about glory, about honor, about how it was a fools prize that only the delusional looked for. Yet she didn't want to. She didn't need to. Mierin would simply grip the Mandalorian using the force, weaves and invisible ropes of the force would tie around Preliat, gripping him.

Then the Sith Pureblood simply pulled.

She would try to throw the Mandalorian into the ground, over and over again to smash him into the roof of the building until the man inside the armor was simply mush.

Ordo's axe was pushed away as the two raced passed each other with a screaming whoosh of air over beskar. The problem with basilisk was you could either go fast or turn but to do both was difficult at best. He made a slow circle as he came back around to face one of his closest friends.

"I begged her to listen to me Gil!" he said as he turned, "Begged her to come and talk to me! She was my sister and I had to see her die for nothing!"

Ordo turned back to face Gilamar directly.

"I will see the galaxy united buir." He said his voice changing slightly as if a switch in his head was flipped, "even if I have to burn it to the ground to do it."

Ordo flew his beast straight at Gilamar's with clawed for feet extended in an attempt to grab it and drag it to the ground.

He grunted as Ordo's droid collided with his own. Once again locked in the air, the two ancient battle droids spiraled downward like a shriek-hawk mating ritual, their claws interlocked as the pair dove down and incredible speeds. How either of the two survived the G-force and whiplash would be left for doctors to ponder for centuries. Both warrior's minds were nearly melded with that of their metal companions...It happened when you didn't wipe a droid.

Cursing under his breath he flipped one of the few manual switches on his droid. The two forward shockwave generator rods whirred to life, pointing at the exposed belly of his beast and fired.

There was no fear. There was no doubt. There was only the mission. Kill the Sith. That meant running and gunning. For B'Arin, that meant running and gunning in the air. The Mandalorian gunship screamed through the skies of Teta, weapons blazing at anything that didn't look friendly. He was not actually piloting the gunship, leaving that to the jockeys. He had spent enough time cramped in a ship when he was left in Otherspace. For now, he wanted to be on the ground. That's where the challenges were.

On one pass through one city, B'Arin took notice of several scuffles that were breaking out on the rooftops. Thanks to his helmet, he could make out the figures easily enough. Enough to see that his ner'vods were in trouble. "Pilot, let's give them some support." Behind his gunship, several others fell into formation to reinforce the Mandalorians. The first rooftop they blasted over had its surface riddled with explosions (Preliat and company). The plasma being thrown about by the giant worm made maneuvering difficult. One gunship was struck and went down with a fiery blast. But B'arin's attention was on the far rooftop where he spotted a womanly creature the likes of which he had not seen since he had returned to the normal galaxy. That would be his challenge.

Repeating blaster fire opened up from the gunship, but by the time it passed overhead B'Arin was already out the bay door and on his way down. Diving through the air, he briefly spotted Manda'lor fighting the treacherous Ordo. Not his fight. Instead, B'Arin hit his jetpack long enough to keep from shooting clean through the rooftop before rolling and activating it once more to seek and perform his personal favorite move, the Flying Keldabe Kiss, on the Vong woman sitting on one of his ner'vod. Whether he missed or hit her, B'arin dropped his blaster rifle such that it would slide into the Mandalorian on the ground. Several squads of Mandalorians started landing as well, fighting off the hordes of rat creatures that seemed to swarm around them. Now the real fun began.

OBJECTIVE: Exterminate Mandalorians.

Hordes of rat creatures weren't the only thing the Mandalorians were fighting. On an adjacent rooftop, the battle cries of both Mandalorians and Yuuzhan Vong roared - a symphony of courage that was the simple precursor to death. Amphistaffs met bes'kar, flames and blaster bolts met crab armour. The battle was fierce, with red and jet black blood pooling on the rooftop's duracrete surface. The battle was turning, however, as for every slain Vong, two appeared.

The Mandalorians had landed in dropships, but the Yuuzhan Vong used stairs. They replenished their numbers quickly, pushing and driving their way forward. Mandalorians began to fall off the edge as the sheer numbers of the Vong overwhelmed them. But before the screams of the last dying Mandalorian had ceased and before the Vong warriors could cheer, a flaming gunship collided with the edge of the rooftop. The majority of the victors were wiped out by the impact, the downside to attacking in such a close formation.

It was at this moment that Krazhmir charged onto the roof. He saw nothing of the crash, only witnessing the fifteen or so survivors recovering from the impact. He assumed it was a victory then, which led to roaring in dismay at having arrived too late to kill anything.

As his head reeled back to roar, Krazhmir caught a glimpse of another battle. One on the adjacent rooftop. The roar turned into a fearsome battle cry and the Vong rallied what was left of his men, charging towards the other building with them in tow. He cleared the gap between the two buildings easily as it was less than a few feet, amphistaff already impaling the neck of an unlucky Mandalorian.

"Destroy them all!" he called out in a fit of rage, charging towards the next nearest target, [member="B'Arin Graad"]. Three Yuuzhan Vong warriors flanked him, following him into the imminent battle, screaming war cries as they ran.
