Hey man, Luminara pushed your char away as he flew towards Alaki... and even if he dodged the push somehow, my Chiss used the Force to stop Nolan's head from moving towards her while the jetpack still pushed Nolan's body forward... and that would break Nolan's neck.

And the lightning hitting your char would have killed him. That's like 100% Dark Side, controlled by someone and meant to kill. Even Palps, the most powerful Sith ever was hurt by his own lightning, and that was less powerful than these bolts.

First of all, doing actions that would 100% kill a character is not allowed unless the writer wishes the character to die..so please dial that back a bit. Also - if you're the one doing all of this - I read your rank as Padawan.

If I'm missing something, it's because I'm not keeping track of the fight myself - but I was just responding from this post you just made in here. Disregard if I'm not correct.

I am just pointing out he took a bolt of Sith lightning striking from the sky and said it empowered him with electricity... While it would have killed him. By no means I am telling him to die, more to avoid doing things that will lead to the character's death if we want to be realistic.

[member="Alaki"] He did take the lightning bolt, but it was completely uncontrolled (unless I misunderstood Mierin's post about losing control of the storm and not caring), struck his armor which is an excellent conductor, and, importantly, did him no good whatsoever. He did however, clearly post that his attack failed and because of the lightning the building collapsed on top of him, so now someone has to dig his sorry shebs out of the rubble >_<

At least, this is my understanding when I read his post...hope that helps a little bit

Yes, the storm is now raging. It's essentially just a very strong Thunderstorm at this point. Meaning it'll strike high up targets, planes, ships, mandalorians in armor, Sith in armor, anything that would attract real lightning essentially. The lightning would likely hurt more than real life lightning, given that its force born and such.

[member="Azrael"] It's this. So i'm not exactly sure. It states that its force lightning, but it also states that its weather. So really, it might be Force Lightning at first then change into regular lightning when the storm gets going. That would be my guess.

This can not turn into an argument weather a character should die or not, that decision lies with [member="Nolan Detta"] no matter what. Though he should take hit, if he out he is out fair enough but death is no no, if want god modding at this point is fine. If he wants to die that is also cool, but it`s is his choice, and can not be forced to die.
